I can't say enough about Brian and the crew. They're true craftsmen. We love our new kitchen (and our bathroom before that!). My wife is a perfectionist - and Brian was more than up to the task. He worked closely with us - willing to pivot if necessary and always nearby to answer questions and recommend creative solutions. Attention to detail? Check! And their daily clean-up regimen and final detailing was impressive. It was like we suddenly had a new kitchen and any/all signs of the renovation were gone. They swept, vacuumed, and mopped their way out. Very impressive and much appreciated. On budget and on time. We've already asked them to consider transforming our porch!

It is not often I write a review but, in this case, I am making an exception. Triple R Home Improvement did an EXCEPTIONAL job remodeling the shower in our master bedroom bath. When we purchased our house 11 years ago, the builder had installed a small prefab fiberglass shower. Recently, we contacted Triple R, and they removed the old shower and replaced it with a large tile, no threshold shower. Triple R made our new shower exactly to our specifications and it looks like it came with our house! They were great to work with and are super nice folks. If someone is looking for a company you can trust and depend on, Triple R should be your choice. Triple R is always busy because they are so good. They remodeled my bathroom, tiled shower, vanity , mirrors and lights. Tiled around bathtub, laid lvt flooring. Painted, redid ceiling, knocked out part of a wall, plumbed and replaced faucets, fixtures. If we could give them 6 stars, we would! We used Triple R to remodel a half bath for us to include adding a shower, new vanity, floor tile replacement, and electrical work. What a pleasure to work with them! The quality of work is superb and we absolutely love our new bathroom! The team that did the work was very professional and meticulous, and at the end of each workday, they took the time to clean up and make sure we were pleased.We had received bids from several contractors before choosing Triple R, but Triple R was far and away the best value for the money. My husband and I had the pleasure of using Triple R Home Improvements about 2 weeks ago to take down and rebuild our back deck and they far exceeded our expectations!! After having received other quotes that were significantly higher, we were happy to have found Triple R. Brian and his team (Triple R) renovated our kitchen and we love it! Their work is excellent and they were very professional by communicated throughout the project. What we really appreciated was his advice and ideas. We had an idea of what we wanted but wasn’t sure of how to pull it all together. He presented us with several options and estimates. Brain had great ideas and it worked out perfectly. Most importantly their prices are fair. Working with Triple R (Brian and Adra) was a great experience. They walked us through each step, sent photos regarding the progress that was being made from the complete tear-out to each item of installation. Beings we were out of state, they made us feel very comfortable by consistently informing of us of the progress. We did a complete kitchen remodel from top to bottom. We had a great experience with Triple R! We were getting our house ready to sell, and needed new countertops along with other odds and ends. (New front door, shutters painted, fogged window fixed, new bathroom faucets. Etc.) They were able to fit us in, even though their schedule was booked, and Brian was on the job with his team and made sure everything was done well! They were understanding of our tight budget, and worked to find the most affordable options! The new front door alone made such a big difference in curb appeal! We were under contract within a week of listing, and sold for more than asking price. Adra was very responsive and helpful answering all my questions and looking for the best deals.

Brian Foster and his crew are meticulous about their work and build everything like it is going in their own home. The most recent project was my bathroom which was in extremely poor condition. Great, great, great! Triple R remodeled our horror show of a bathroom and exceeded our expectations. Brian is extremely knowledgeable, professional, and concerned with our wishes and satisfaction. He listened to what we wanted and gladly answered our questions. He and Devon (his right hand man) gutted the bathroom and rebuilt it from scratch. They had more than the usual amount of plumbing and electrical to do, and did them perfectly. The job was made much more difficult because we wanted a 2' octagon window added to the wall of the tub/shower. This required cutting through the exterior wall, placing the window, and then adding the subway tile around the window. Brian spent the time necessary to make sure the tile was evenly and artistically placed around the window, side to side and top to bottom. As a result, it is beautiful (see the picture)! Brian also ensured that everything was clean and neat each day. We really can't say enough good things about Triple R, except to add that we highly recommend them!

During the busiest time of year I needed home repairs quickly. We called around to many places and handymen but the team at Triple R were the only ones who acted like our business was important. My phone calls were promptly returned and they fit me into their already full schedule. I even added items that needed to be done and they never once complained. They were running behind on a job before ours but they didn't cancel...they showed up at 10pm! After telling us they were running late they assured us they were on the way. They made us feel just as important as family and we highly recommend them to any and everyone!

I cannot begin to tell you how pleased I am with the work of Brian and his crew. I have never found anyone that comes through the way they have. They do great work, they are always here when they say they will be and most importantly, they take care of any issues I find after they are gone. Brian demands perfection from his crew and anyone that says he doesn't has an axe to grind that has nothing to do with his work. I have recommended him several times and everyone has been happy. Trust me, I have hired many contractors to do some pretty big jobs, including church renovations, and he is by far the best I have used.

Brian and Adra came in at a time I really needed them. We moved from AZ to TN just to find that the sellers of our new home didn't disclose quite a few issues (inspection didn't find them, either). Facing mounting repair bills, we searched for someone to fix structural issues with our home. I had so many contractors in and out within the first few months in our new home that I was going crazy! Brian and Adra came to the rescue not only with the lowest quote but by going out of their way to get the structural engineer I had hired to okay an alternative plan that saved us even more money. The workers were all polite, Brian worked with his crew the whole time, and they finished ahead of schedule (big plus for me as it's difficult having small children around home repairs).We had hired another contractor before meeting Triple R that more or less took off with quite a bit of our money, leaving us with shoddy unfinished work on a deck and rotten wall. Brian is currently coming up with a plan to fix the work in a way that takes into consideration our budget and what we've gone through with other workers (honestly, I was so scared to hire anyone else!) in that he is conscientious of our wants and needs in regards to our home. After a string of bad luck, I was honestly feeling like we'd never find the help we needed but... We have! We plan to use Triple R for all future home projects.

Triple R home improvement pulled through for me. I was trying to get my floor in my camper before going on vacation. After being let down by other companies and individuals not showing up after being promised. Even though it was short notice like a week before vacation, Brian and his team picked it up and installed my tile flooring and returned it the next day with an excellent job done. The work that I had done was to take out and remove Jacuzzi ..... In Laundry room they remove my washer and dryer and put it where my Jacuzzi was ...... In my Laundry room they made that into a half bathroom they installed a toilet and sink and a new floor and lights and an exhaust fan. ...... where they put my washer in dryer they installed both appliances and also a floor and painted,Fantastic ...... someone was always here every day until job was completed ...... they worked in phases ...... When I first contacted Adra and Brian at Triple R, I only had a vague idea of what I wanted to do – basically replace some lattice underneath a screened-in porch with some kind of rock wall or siding that looked like rock. Triple R helped me with evaluating the options available both as to functionality and affordability, and came up with estimates for several different configurations. They were infinitely patient as I waffled from one choice to another, until I finally made a decision.Being a single woman of advanced age, I am constantly aware that I present a prime target for overpricing and less-than-professional service, but that was definitely NOT the case with Triple R. The work they did was great, and they even allowed me the benefit of a refund on left-over materials after the job was completed.I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Triple R to friends or family, for any type of project.

Brian and his crews have done several jobs at my home and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to work on your home. I'm not sure there is any type work he doesn't do. He refinished our kitchen cabinets. He re-roofed our screened-in porch (and painted the inside). He's repaired cracks in the masonry, refinished and rehung the shutters, fixed a leaky pipe and made friends with my goofy dog.He's a good man and he does good work.
