Paul responded very quickly to come and assess what was causing my roof to leak. In a few days, his crew was onsite and repaired it. Paul’s communication was excellent; i.e. he let me know what was happening, when things would be done/scheduled, etc. The job was done and completed on time . It was a pleasure dealing and working with him. I would definitely recommend him.

5 Stars doesn't even cut it. Its like a 5 star movie. One like Back to the Future for the first time. Except this time your going back in time to a new house. Very professional, punctual, and most important over communitive. Paul had us from the go and and saw through it until we hit 88 MPH (for those who haven't seen the movie that is what it takes to go back in time). This company has an AMAZING work ethic. Paul came to my house 1 evening and did an inspection. We have lived in our home for 18 years, and have had several other estimates, but for some reason Paul was very different in his explanation of the damage and what the next steps were. Although he had the pencil and paper, he also went on the roof and circled every area of damage and helped us every step with the claims process. The adjusters were there within a week and we were on schedule within 3 weeks after all insurance paperwork was handled. This company was honest, dependable, and they left not 1 piece of trash in my yard after the roof was installed. He came back to check on us afterwards to make sure we were happy with outcome as well. Very pleased with this company and their service because you just don't get it very much anymore!

The sales rep, Paul, did a great job guiding us through our insurance claim, presenting and explaining the quality materials, scheduling the install, and keeping us informed.
