I’m going to be perfectly honest, I was extremely skeptical that a builder would do everything that they promised and I’m venturing a guess that I was probably one of the most difficult clients they’ve dealt with but in the end I appreciate their service and I feel lucky that I was able to get such good quality and very professional service. Van Woody was the realtor and he is a great person to deal with and he was available for every silly question and he never made me feel like I was just another customer. I’m grateful for all the help Van Woody provided me and now it’s 14 months since I’ve moved in and my family is ecstatic with our home!

Van was super attentive, always made himself available to us throughout the entire process and was extremely helpful every step of the way. He made us feel important and valued. As far as our home, so many things came standard with our beautiful new home that a lot of other builders want to charge a lot more for. Our experience with John Maher Builders has been fantastic. We purchased our home over 10 years ago and haven't done anything to it (outside of regular maintenance). In all of our 14 years with this company we have had no problems with the homes. He has even provided step-by-step instructions on multiple topics from starting the fireplace to having a fence installed. We recently moved to a john maher community and we have to say its been so professional and yet most friendly experience ever. Mr Van is the best broker we ever met , so helpful and welcoming. Also Mr. Eddie gave us a big bunch of tips and advices on how to keep our home maintained and runs good for a long term. As for the building ... Yes its really different than others we saw... the materials is more of a heavy duty compared to what is in the market. We are happy that so happy with our experience with John Maher Company and we recommend it to new buyers as well.

I don't usually take time to review, but was in shocked to see no 5 star reviews for John Maher Builders. They must be too busy building homes to ask for reviews. As a Realtor in this area for over 15 years, I cannot think of any Builder that delivers so much for the money. The quality of construction is superior to any at this price point. I've sold nearly a dozen homes in his neighborhoods in Spring Hill and 100% of my clients are extremely happy with their home, the customer service and the quality of finishes. They have a process you must follow, but that's because they are so busy delivering their products on time, 100% of the time. I don't know any other builder that always delivers on time. You can feel confident you are getting a quality home when you buy from John Maher.

The color selections were done in the beautiful design studio where I could choose from so many standard offerings to make my home uniquely my own. My home was delivered on time and every detail was as I had expected. The experience was fantastic and my family LOVES our home. We have now been in our home just over a year and the warranty process was very smooth. We had been casually looking at house listings that our real estate agent was sending to us. Nothing really captured our interest until the ad for a John Maher house in a new subdivision in the Columbia area came through. John Maher builders has by far the best quality of construction and fair pricing in Williamson county. Their homes don't need the $20,000 to $40,000 in upgrades that most buyers will be expected to pay with other builders, its part of the standard package. One other fact that I really appreciate as a realtor, they always close on the day they said they would from the beginning, nobody else in the area does that.
