Macs Home Repair completed a second story bonus room, bedroom, and bathroom in my house. They did impeccable work in a timely manner. They were very professional and made me feel at ease when they arrived. I was informed of their progress throughout the project and they worked efficiently. Had Macs out for a few projects that really needed to be done around our house. The work was well done and they were incredibly friendly and professional. We were so happy with the work we decided to call them back out immediately to go ahead with a project we were waiting on and again we couldn't be happy with the work. Danny and his team are wonderful! Danny was always easy to get ahold of, and quick to respond. He kept me in the loop every step of the way, and worked with my budget. My husband called and talked to one of the owners, we needed a small area of ceiling drywall replaced. The owner gave us a quote, we thought the price was great, asked when they could start and didn't receive a response. Sent a second text the next day saying we would like to use their services and asked when they could start. No response. I don't know if it's because it was a smaller job, but we found it rather unprofessional not to respond to a potential customer. We were actually looking to have them do some other work around our house if the first job went well, but we will take our business elsewhere.

I contacted Danny on Monday evening about an inspection of a deck that I need asap to process my VA loan. He responded very promptly and completed the next morning. I was very pleased with his prompt response. I will definitely call upon him for any of my home repairs.

I’ve used Danny for unclogging & replacing toilets. He squeezed in installing a new water heater for me. And more recently, I took on a DIY project to update my powder room downstairs right before my annual Christmas Eve Party. I got the faucet partly off, but now didn’t have an useable sink downstairs. I text him Sunday night & shared my dilemma & although close to the holidays, he responded stating he would be here sometime Monday afternoon...but he would indeed be here!! He can & saved the day by installing my brand new faucet! He’s good at what he does & he’s a nice, honest person! Thanks again!!Vestella
