On The Mark Roofing did a fantastic job on installing our GAF roof this month. The roofing team arrived on time, worked hard and had it done in less than 3 days. The crew was neat and kept the jobsite clean. I am really impressed with their professionalism and the fact that each year for the next 15 years, they will come to reinspect the roof, make any needed repairs, and re-caulk as necessary. We had roof damage from a hail storm and Mark worked directly with the insurance company, so that we didn’t have to have a constant go between. He scheduled and met with the inspectors and literally made this as easy as possible on us! He and his team took extra precautions to protect our pool from any debris! Mark helped us with finding a contractor to repair the interior damage as well and even scheduled and met with them to go over needed repairs! Mark was extremely helpful and responsive with my residential roof repair. I had some tree limbs and debris stuck on my roof from some storms, so I asked On the Mark Roofing to come take a look and clean the debris. Mark quickly responded and took care of this for me while pointing out another area that was showing signs of rot. He walked me through the steps to repair the damage, but more importantly what to install to prevent rot in this collection area in the future. My roof was replaced by On The Mark Roofing in 2007 after Hurricane Wilma had caused damage to it. I discovered a leak in the flat roof in early 2022. Without going into specifics, I tried to contact On The Mark Roofing to address the issue but ultimately decided to hire a different business to make the repair. Rewind to this year, when I discovered a leak in the same location. When I called Mark Roofing, they responded immediately, provided a reasonable quote, and completed the repair swiftly and expertly.
