Excellent. And honest! Before repairing a bathtub, my plumber recommended we call Pro Dry to check for moisture. Mike arrived and inspected the bathroom. He was quick and professional. I am beyond satisfied with ProDry - From customer service, to the actual drying of material, to walking me through billing with insurance -- They really care about their customers. They are always willing to take your call no matter the time of day to answer any questions you have. In a time of total panic, they also got me scheduled right away, so we didn't need to worry about any further water damage. Galina, Mike, and team were absolutely amazing. Very fair and also have connections to other contractors that will also help you out for fair pricing. Cannot say enough about ProDry.

Mike and his team have been amazing to work with! We had a pipe burst a few weeks ago, flooding our laundry room, kitchen and dining room. We had a huge water leak that caused damage to many rooms. I called them at 12am and they were here within the hour, setting up fans and extracting water until well past 4AM.I've used other water remediation companies before and ProDry is the most professional, knowledgeable and thorough companies I've used. Sometimes I've found other companies are quick to rip everything out without discussion and thought, and Michael was very open to discussing with me options and pros/cons of removing certain floors.His team was super friendly and they were very clean - after the pulled up some of our hardwoods, they made sure to tape every edge and corner so no one in our family stubbed their toe or got injured. They vacuumed up daily and used air scrubbers to keep the air clean after all the dust from removal got into the air.I'll update this review once the claim is all settled to see how they do with interfacing with our Homeowners Insurance company, Liberty Mutual. If it goes well, I couldn't be happier with them helping us out in a bad situation and would def recommend.

Teary eyed in the best way writing this, thinking about the immense amount of kindness and professionalism that came from working with Pro Dry under a super stressful situation.I came home to a house flood around 10pm and I was able to get in contact with Galina in the late hours and she sent out a plumber swiftly and got mitigation started ASAP. Came home to a very foul situation with septic water draining through our kitchen ceiling. We’ve had many instances of poor responsiveness or lacking quality work being done by subcontractors or service companies in middle tn, but our experience with ProDry is very much the opposite. Found them on the Google & called them. And a technician was at our house 45-60 minutes after calling. It was amazing! They were prompt, professional and very understanding. Glad I called Prodry Restoration. After taking a shower, I’ve noticed wet carpet in my bathroom and closet. Technician Mike came and did good inspection and found the cause. It was shower drain pipe broken allowing water to escape. They ripped out carpet and padding and set proper drying equipment to dry the subfloor and applied spray product to prevent mold growth. Good quality work was done. They handled all the insurance procedures and no headaches for me. He felt like an angel in the midst of the chaos that was my home that day. Long story short , accidentally left laundry faucet running, drain plugged of course, went outside to chat with a neighbor who came by to say hi with his son. When returned inside, to my horror, my laundry room and the kitchen floors were covered with water, in panic I called ProDry Restoration instantly. To my surprise they showed up within half an hour and started the restoration process, days later everything was dry and restored back to it’s original state if not better. I expected that the floors would buckle for the amount of water sat on the floor, but thanks to ProDry, they worked their charm and were able to save my floors. Had Mike come out and cleanup the water and fire damage left behind from a fire and the firefighters putting it out. They flooded part of the house so we had to remove furniture, drywall, carpet and a built in fireplace. They were very thorough, polite and always on time.
