Excellent Family Business that is run professionally! Heisman Roofing was the first to respond and get a quote to us for our replacement roof. I was surprised that the other big name roofers in this area took over two weeks to even return my call. The scheduling and quick execution of the new replacement roof was exactly what we needed and Andrea was professional and quick to respond to any need. Roof looks amazing and the cleanup was such that you did not even know they were here. Highly recommend!!! Lastly, the cost versus service was a very high value and the new roof provides amazing security and home is safe from weather.

I called Heisman after the recent storm lifted the shingles off my home, they came out the same day the inspect the damage and agreed to do the work for the price of my insurance estimate minus my deductible.Fantastic service and incredible professional. After the work was done they also took the time to make sure everything was cleaning up immaculately which was huge with my three kids who love to play out side! I would of gave a higher star the roof turned out great but I had flower beds torn up still picking up nails but my biggest complaint was they tried to back a trailer up in my driveway it’s a paved drive and they cut a big rut in my drive when I mentioned it I was told to call my insurance company to get it fixed I shouldn’t have to call my insurance this company should have insurance to cover there damage they do

I had a terrible experience with this so called company. My ex-husband and I both spoken with them and Heisman sent an employee the next day. He covered up the storm damage in 45min. He was given the estimate from the adjuster 3/31. After calling the phone numbers listed we got through to Heisman. (4/22) The wife told us that we had an appointment with her on Monday 4/22 to get the estimate back, and go over the contract she had the home owner E-sign. The E-signed contract was written with the wrong name for one, also added responsibility for the owner to pay for work not covered. This started on 3/31. So this company strung me along for 2 months almost and now I wised up and called an honest company. I will never recommend this place to anyone.

Called the company for an estimate on a new roof. I was impressed at how quickly the quote was given. We had called another roofing company for a estimate and they never showed up even after several attempts to get them to come. Heisman came and put on a new roof and did an excellent job. I was impressed by the work ethic of Travis and the team at Heisman and with quality of work, they did what they said they would do and showed up when they said they would.Service: Roof repair

Unfortunately I need to give a bad review. I hate to do this. I finally found this company to rehab our gutters and put fresh siding on the house. I showed Troy the 2 spots that were leaking in our gutters. He sent people out to do the work, not himself, which i guess is ok, if they are efficient, which they were not. There were problems right after the first phase was completed. The workers banged outside so hard that we now have tons of nail pops all over the inside of the house. Ok...they didn't do all the work they were supposed to, so Troy came back out again to inspect, he sent his head guy again to finish up. Finally, it sort of looked the way I expected. So we had some rain. And we had leaks. I told Troy. I took pictures. Sent to Troy. His response was, if u get a hard rain, u will have overflow. I'm like Troy I'm not a roofer, but this looks exactly the way this acted before u "fixed" it. We now have a hole in our backyard where the water has poured out of the gutter and just caved in a hole. We also now have gained a NEW leaking spot we didn't even have before his crew came out here. Pretty soon that new leak will start rotting our patio...I did my best to try to get him out to the house to rectify the situation to no avail. Unfortunately, it was about this time that our son was murdered, I lost my drive to do much of anything other than breathe in and out.. Now we are out thousands of dollars and now have the same leaks plus new ones. The siding and gutters actually look pretty good, but it worries me what the work may really be like on the siding itself, knowing the lack of care about the gutters continuing to leak. I don't leave bad reviews and I tell the truth. I am telling you NOT to use this company. I had to hire a 2nd company, I told Troy this, to do part of the work I thought they were going to do. Very unfortunate. Do not recommend.

Heisman Roofing installed a roof for me about 2 years ago. After the recent wind storm I called Troy Smith at Heisman Roofing and asked for a roof inspection to check for damage. Within 2 hours, Christian Colindres from Heisman Roofing arrived. He communicated with me before arriving, explained what he was going to do, and then called me immediately after the inspection to let me know there was no damage. Had this company come out to give us a quote for a few renovations we want to do to our house. The owners wife came out because her husband got tied up in another project which was fine but she didn't take dimensions or anything and said she would send someone else out to do that the next week. I called a month later to see when someone was going to come out. She said someone would give me a call later that day to come back out...2 months later still nothing. Terrible communication and we will not be using this company.

They showed up on time! The inspector was very polite and walked me through the process and then did my inspection. He pointed all issues that may come up and showed me pictures of each thing. Turned out there were no major issues and he did try to convince me to buy any. He gave me his card and told me to call if anything came up or in the case of another storm. I interviewed 3 different roofing companies and selected Heisman Roofing. It was an easy decision as they were the most professional, honest and competitively priced. All work and materials being used was explained up front. Materials were top quality and there were no hidden costs. A project manager was on site the entire time to insure a great job. The crew who did the job were extremely friendly, accommodating and hard working. They worked 12 hours the first day and came back the next day to finish with clean up within 2 hours. They took as much care with the cleanup as they did installing the roof. When they left my yard looked exactly as it was before they started. I would give Heisman 10 stars if possible.

We had Heisman roofing put a metal roof on our house less than two years ago and we have had nothing but problems with it. The whole experience with Heisman roofing was not a good one. First off, when they took removed our old roof they left it uncovered and it rained 3 inches that night. Even after that it took them weeks to get the roof on. Our house is an old historic house, and the plaster that was on the inside completely crumbled because of the water damage. The flashing around the chimneys was also done completely wrong and we now have leakage around both chimneys. We’ve had several other roofers and chimney experts come out inspect our leaks and they have all told us whoever put the flashing on did a poor quality job. I would never recommend this company to anyone. We feel that because we didn’t want to file a claim with our insurance on our 15 year + old roof and wanted to pay for the roof out of pocket, we got a bad deal with this company. We were strongly encouraged by Troy to file a claim. Troys reactions and comments about insurance companies after we told him we wanted to pay out of pocket should have been a red flag. We are learning now and paying for it. We strongly do NOT recommend this company.

Heisman Roofing came out 3 weeks ago and gave me a price to repair around my chimney with new shingle and flashing, seal the chimney bricks and remove 2 skylights and replace with sheeting and shingles. This morning he sent out a subcontractor and his father-in-law to do the job. When they arrived I ask them to tell me. before they started, just exactly what they were told to do. The only thing he had told them to do was remove the skylights and seal the flashing. I have determined that Troy with Heisman Roofing is not honest and will not do what he promises.Update; This update is in regards to Te response to my first review. Had the men sent out agreed to do the things Troy reports in his response, they would have been allowed to do the work because that most of what Troy and I had agreed for him to do, with the exception of two small things. When I called Troy he denied that he told me he would replace any shingles around the chimney or replace the metal flashing.Furthermore, just this morning troy sent me a text message tell my what a, "dishonest, incorrigible an insulting person," I am. He also said, "I think it is quiet apparent why you are no longer a Pastor, My guess is someone ran you out of town." What Troy doesn't know is I had to leave the pastorate because I am struggling with cancer, having had two cancer surgeries and radiation the third time. Furthermore, my last pastorate was 20 years in the same Church.The way Troy conducts his business is not new: Bid the job, low and then only do part of the work. I suppose that if I had not questioned the guys about what they were going to do before they started, I suspect they would have taken the skylights out then demanded more money to cover the hole.I am thankful I did not let these people proceed. I find Troys text message was unprofessional, especially since he refused to take my call. I report this hoping others will not be deceived by this company.
