We had a couple leaks in our roof this spring that popped up just before a major storm and they were still able to make sure our roof was repaired even though their work load was insane.

My roof suffered major damage in the windstorms in the spring of 2023. Noah from My Roofing Crew came out to assess the damage, tarped the areas that would be prone to leaking to prevent further damage, provided contact numbers in the event there were any subsequent leaks that needed attention and offered to help navigate any insurance issues that might arise.I had several estimates for the replacement roof and chose to go with My Roofing Crew. They were courteous and prompt. They left the area clear of any materials both new and old and were available for my questions or concerns any time I contacted them.I cannot recommend this company highly enough. Noah actually returned my calls even though, unbeknownst to me, he was on vacation with his family. That is true dedication!!Great company and great crew to work with. This company exceeded our expectations in all respects. We found ourselves in a difficult position after homeowners insurance after they declined to replace a roof that was badly damaged from high winds. Not only did they provide a service that was amazing start to finish they assisted us to appeal the insurance companies offer to only replace a few shingles. They were professional, friendly, fast, effective and most importantly the work was stellar. You won't meet a better team of professionals. If you need a roof look no further. You will not be disappointed.

James and Rob were extremely helpful in getting my roof replaced. They were both very professional and knowledgeable not only about the roofing industry but also how to work with the insurance company. They were very timely with immediate follow up to questions and concerns and went the extra mile to work with the local municipality on codes for roof replacement and held the insurance company inspectors accountable for their lack of knowledge, effort and corner cutting. The crew was wonderful in the demolition process and protected all components of the house, drive way, landscaping, and lawn. When they where done the gutters were cleaned and other than a beautiful new roof, you would not know they were there! We had storm damage to our roof in April and filed a claim with our insurance company. James from My Roofing Crew was very helpful in dealing with the insurance company to get a roof replacement, since our original shingles were discontinued 10 years ago. After a lot of back and forth with the insurance company a new roof was finally installed in July. I just had a roof repair finished yesterday by James and his team at My Roofing Crew. Approximately two months ago, a storm blew through Murfreesboro taking many limbs off my trees. At the time, I didn't think any damage had been done to my home. A couple months later, I thankfully noticed a water stain on my dining room ceiling, which was coming from two holes that looked like they had been punctured through the roof. I'm so glad I saw that damage.My insurance company gave me three suggested roof repair companies. My Roofing Crew was one of them. James was at my house the same day I called, temporarily covered the holes in the roof with a tarp and came back the next day when the insurance adjustor came to look at the damage. I've been fortunate I've never needed insurance for housing damage so my knowledge was lacking a bit. James provided a great education to me and the job could not have gone any better. Everyone arrived on time ready to work and it took approximately four hours to complete the job. The repair is perfect and I couldn't be more pleased with the service. It's difficult at times to find a great vendor that you don't use often. I was very fortunate. If you need their service, give them a call. We were very pleased with My Roofing Crew for installing our new roof on September 24, 2021. We had hail damage to our roof in the spring and we contacted My Roofing Crew. We worked with James Perrigo, the project manager. James was great to work with and did an excellent job! James first inspected our roof and found lots of damage. He met with our insurance adjuster and helped us by pointing out all the damage on the roof from the hail storm. The installers did a great job on the take off of the old roof and installing the new shingles. They were careful with our property and cleaned up all the debris. James monitored the work being done and kept us updated on the progress. Noel came the next day to get the trailer with the old materials, and he was such a super nice guy!! James was friendly, very courteous and professional. He came back a few days later to check and make sure we were happy with our roof. Noel was awesome coming to our rescue. Not only for helping remove a huge tree from the house with us, but getting a temporary roof on while we were waiting for roof repairs. The framing got repaired quickly thanks to others and Noel came back and dried in the the new framing and decking. Then he had his measurements, we picked out our shingles and the removal of the old roof and the new roof was installed within about two weeks from the tornado damage. I was the first house with a new roof after the December tornado. Thanks Noel, Liz & My Roofing Crew for a great job! This is what you expect in a construction company. From the quote to the billing process, "My Roofing Crew" was top notch. They not only made sure their work was done well, they also made sure the related chimney repair was coordinated with their work, so the job (chimney (not their work and their work) was of highest quality. Let me tell you about Brandt. This guy is awesome and went so far above and beyond the job,. I mean, he was reliable and very easy to get ahold of. His team was able to get the job done in one day (12 hours of work put in!) and even though our roof had 8 sheets of rotted wood to replace and an extra layer of shingles that was surprising, they still worked hard to get it done in one day. Adolfo who oversaw the roofers was very friendly and hard-working. All in all they had our shingles ordered and roof replaced in a week and some change.Again, I can’t brag enough on Brandt. This guy was awesome and knows his stuff. Oh, and he also knows the ins and outs of working with insurance companies which made the process so seamless.

Honest company with a true sense of community. A few months ago a bad storm hit our neighborhood and roofing companies were going house to house telling home owners they needed a new roof.
