You must call Sortos Roofing! I contacted day 1. Day 2 received my best roofing estimate with premium shingles and material. Day 3, 18 year old roof replaced with 50 year shingles. Looks great and now my home is well protected. Osmin Sorto operates a fabulous company with hard working professional tradesmen. Communication to my concerns were met and there were not any surprise additional fees. Great warranty also.

Sortos Roofing did an amazing job on our house! They repaired extensive damage to our roof from a tree that fell, replaced all the shingles, repaired damaged fascia all around the house and installed new gutters. All for a cost that was below what our insurance company had expected. The crew was excellent! They were respectful, professional and worked hard to get all of our work finished up in a couple of days. We’ve had so many people compliment the house already. We’ll definitely use them again in the future for other things!

I ended up speaking with Kevin, who was incredibly friendly, about replacing our wind damaged roof. We'd already spoken with insurance, so we knew what our limit was. I did allow Kevin to upsell me to the top of the line shingles, as the price wasn't going to be much more than what we were allotted by insurance. We signed the contract on Friday, the crew showed up on Monday morning at 730, and they immediately went to work. The crew was professional, did a great job, and had everything cleaned up and finished by 230 in the afternoon. I would absolutely recommend Sortos for your roofing needs.

After the storm at the beginning of March we reached out to 3-4 local roofing companies in Robertson County. Not one even bothered to call me back. So there I was with tarps on my roof with no end in site. While I was at lunch I saw a business card for sortos roofing…… have seen a few signs throughout the area and thought what the heck why not give Kevin Sortos a call. I reached out on a Wednesday and much to my surprise there was an actual human on the other end of the line. Kevin not only said no problem but he would actually be there the next day to write up an estimate. So after almost two months of no one even calling me back I not only got to speak to someone but had an estimate the next day. We sign the paper work the following Monday and his crew was in the driveway two days later ready to work. The crew was very professional and knocked the job out quickly. After they were finished they cleaned up so well if I hadn’t know the job was done I wouldn’t have even know they were there. In between all this I recommended Sortos Roofing to a co-worker who was experiencing the same issue I was and Kevin had her an estimate the same day! Sortos replaced my whole roof in April, 2023 after wind damage pulled off shingles.They removed existing shingles down to the wood and replaced with a new asphalt shingle roof. They were fast, my new roof looks great, they cleaned up well and communication was great. They cleaned my gutters as well! A piece of vinyl siding got a crack in it during install, and they replaced it with a new piece. From the very beginning to the very end, we couldn't have been more pleased! Sortos answered all of our questions and yet weren't pushy at all! The quality of the shingles has the highest ratings. The workers were very respectful and knowledgeable. We Highly recommend this company! We also like the fact that Sortos is a family business. From the time we contacted Sortos they were very fast coming out and gave us an estimate and once we decided to go with them they started within a couple of days. After the roof was completed, they sent an inspector out to get on the roof and make sure everything was perfect and also double checked for nails in the yard. Mr. Sortos was highly recommended to us by a property management/real estate company we know and trust. We are so pleased with every level of our experience with Sortos Roofing, from the first call though installation/clean up. Mr. Sortos and his son were excellent in communicating, finding the issues with our flat roof addition, and scheduling the work; every member of the crew that did the work was professional. I really appreciated that multiple photos were taken of their initial inspection (and most of the roof with the issues is an area that we have never been able to see or access) and we discussed the likely issues prior to work beginning. Once work was completed, Mr. Sortos sent multiple photos of the work as it was in process (which also showed a necessary underlayer being installed--which was never installed at all when our addition was built), and the finished roof. We had a heavy rain a couple of days after the new roof was installed, and it is amazing how different the rain hitting the roof sounds. Every step of the process was explained fully and happened on time. All of the gentlemen that worked for Sortos Roofing including the owner spoke with us face to face, listened to any concerns we had, and thoughtfully responded before we went forward with a deposit.When I had a question on the first day of installation, not only was my phone call answered but the Project Manager, David, arrived within 20 minutes to have a look and talk to the crew and me about the concern.The final product looks great and is easily the best looking part of the house now.We will not hesitate to recommend or call this company in the future.

After my roof was severely damaged from a wind storm, I hired Sortos Roofing to complete a replacement of my roof. The company was exceptional in every way. They were very prompt in response and I had an estimate within 24 hours of calling. I met with the owner multiple times and he checked in frequently to assure I was satisfied and receiving the quality of repair I needed. The installers came and were prompt, cleaned up very well after themselves and were courteous to my family as we came and went throughout the day. In March of 2019 I noticed a possible leak in my roof, so I called several local companies to obtain estimates for replacing my roof. Out of all of the estimates I received I decided to give my business to Sortos Roofing, they weren't the lowest bid I received but they were what I thought was the best provider for the service I needed. Cheaper is not always better! I was very impressed with the salesman as he assured me that he would visit throughout the day that the roof was being installed and he followed through and was here several times and even helped the workers. The salesman was able to have my roof installed sooner than anticipated and the work was completed in one day which really impressed me. The workers were respectful of my property and did a wonderful job, they picked up debris and disposed of it completely. The workers showed up before the shingles were delivered and began tearing off the old roof so that when the shingles were delivered they were ready to start their work.After the roof was installed the owner, Mr. Sortos came by and walked all over the roof to thoroughly inspect the work that had been done. I was really impressed with the fact that the owner came out and he sent me pictures of my roof and told me that he likes to make sure the work is done correctly and treats every roof as if it were his own home. I had a couple of minor issues after the roof was installed and Mr. Sortos was quick to address my concerns and fix the issues.I would highly recommend Sortos Roofing if you need a new roof installed. My roof looks beautiful and I have been very happy with the services provided to my home.
