Geoff installed a stairway to our open truss attic, added electric and completed drywall. He also installed a custom window which required new framing doe to extensive water damage. We liked his work so much, we asked him to come back to install an attic exhaust and repair some faulty roofing. We are very pleased with Geoff’s professionalism and attention to detail. We first met Geoff when he installed our new Pella windows. He was attentive to detail and responsive to our questions and concerns. Geoff completed a complicated door replacement installation at my home. I also contracted with him separately for a small but also complicated construction job. Here are my comments:He will show up when he is scheduled. If he says that he will be there at 8:00, then be ready at 8:00 because he is coming up your driveway.His effort to get the job right is second to none. Both he and his able assistants are professional and take whatever time and effort it takes to ensure that the job is completed like the customer wants it.First item out of his tool trailer was a vacuum cleaner. He is constantly cleaning up during and after the work. He will leave your space cleaner than he found it.You will be hard put to find a more professional and skilled contractor. Both my wife and I are extremely pleased and would use him again anytime. His schedule is crowded, however, it is worth the wait.Service: General door installation

Geoff was very professional and took his time in doing the job so it was done right. He had to deal with bad workmanship from another contractor. When Geoff finished the job everything was as it should have been done by the first contractor.

We hired Geoff to do our soffit and gutters. He was not our first choice but when we told him we weren’t going to use him he said he wanted the work and we agreed to let him because he was eager. He installed our soffits and half of the pictures on his website show our house. (without our permission). however they don’t show the ripples and bulges in the facia he carefully made sure not to show the pictures with the bulges. He said the gutters would cover the bad areas. We have been waiting 6 months for him to install the gutters and keep getting excuses. Do not use him. if you have already hired him Do not pay him before he is finished. We have paid $1000 of a $2200 gutter job that has not been started.
