I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy. They are completely awful to deal with extremely rude and have awful costumer service. They sold us the wrong color white and would not refund our money back to us. I will never use them again.

This was my 3rd time in a year that I have ordered metal roofing. I have found it much easier to put on than shingles and very reasonably priced. It is only a 20 minute drive to Sweetwater, TN, but I had a big order delivered at a reasonable price earlier this year. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff.

Ordered (6) Steel trusses on Aug 26, 2020. Was told 4 to 6 weeks. Ok I can deal with that. Called on Oct 6, 2020. At that time was told 3 more weeks. Again I can deal with this. Call again October 19, 2020. Once again was told it would be 3 more weeks. Enough is enough. Wasted almost 2 months. Call another supplier in East TN. Same price and turn around is 7 to 10 days. Will be doing business with someone else. If you don't want small orders, that is fine. Just tell your customers upfront that you don't have time for small order! UPDATE... 11/23/2020...Still no word on my order. FINAL UPDATE. January 26, 2021. I received a call that my trusses are ready for pickup. 5 months to the date I placed the order. What a way to do business!
