I needed my fascia replaced due to water damage. I contacted Best home improvement. They came promptly and did a great job at a fair price. Victor is friendly and knowledgeable and communicates well. The fascia repair was done correctly and the newly installed gutter looks great. The crew did a great job of cleaning up the debris after completion. I would definitely recommend Best Home Improvement! I will contact them again for any future repairs.

Very professional from beginning to end. Competitive pricing. Besides the great work, the part that I personally appreciated the most was his great communication. He always called me to update me when they were coming what would be done and then a follow up call shortly after. That’s nearly unheard of anymore! I would definitely recommend to let them do any of your drywall need!

These guys are the greatest they changed my bath tub to just a shower. I ask for a cross design to be put on all 3 walls. They never did this before but they made it happen and I was so pleased with the out come. Thanks to Victor Grande and his crew.

Victor installed the duct work for our range hood with great quality results! The duct work and roof vent look great and the range hood was installed cleanly with the existing cabinets. NO!!!!!! No, Nope. Don't do it. Immediately after the roof was finished, I knew something was wayyyyyy off. I remember asking, "why are there such huge gaps between the shingles?" The answer was "oh, don't worry. They always look like that. They will lay down in a few days." That was in January 2023. Fast forward to June, and they still hadn't "laid down." Had other professional roofers come out. Said it was a hack job. Asked me if the owner, Victor Grande (Victor Gonzales) supervised the roof, as he sold me on that, and promised that he would. The collective opinion was that he is a con, and his roofers are inept. No, Victor sat in his car, at the end of the driveway - during the entire roofing process. Victor is a great salesman, a great actor - and that is where it ends. Unbelievable lack of conscientiousness. So disrespectful and callous. Victor and his employees are so very questionable. Victor even laughed at me, laughed at my concerns, on my own back deck. He is a piece of work. Don't take a chance with this new company, like I did!! I cannot begin to tell you how much of my time he wasted, how many emails, text messages, phone calls and visits to get my roof replaced. When they finally replaced, they actually went around and glued all the shingles flat. Glued them down!!?? You can see the dried glue beads, around the edges. There is much more I could say here, like the Spanish conversation I recorded between Victor and a mysterious older Mexican that visited my property the day of the roof replacement, and had a lengthy conversation with Victor (all recorded on my video cameras). Oops! I had five years of Spanish in school, Victor. Nice conversation there. I'm leaving this review so others don't take the chance with this new roofing company, like I did. What a rotten, aggravating, time-wasting, demoralizing and degrading experience.Reply/update to owner Victor 8/26/23:Referring to yourself in the third person is ridiculous. I know this is you replying to my posted review, Victor.Saying I yelled and cussed is the oldest trick in the book. That is a lie - and despicable to accuse a lady with character, of that. You certainly deserved that, but that is not what I did.Just because you and 'your crew' showed up, does not mean that you got the job done correctly. They did not know what they were doing, and neither did you. You can place blame on the 'bad' shingles all you like. Again, you are lucky that they covered some of your back. The shingles were installed incorrectly. They were installed very tightly, causing them to 'buckle' and not lay down. Also, there are still crooked rows of shingles on the front slope, which I need to take photos of, and post. And if January was too cold to install shingles on my 'shaded' house, why did you do it? You are a disreputable business 'owner.'You sincerely apologize to me, all the while attacking my character that I 'cussed' you. Make up your mind.You did NOT complete the work on July 4th. I also NEVER, EVER signed off on the roof, because I DO NOT TRUST YOU.Your reply to my review is all anyone needs to see. YOU, Victor Sanchez a.k.a. Victor Grande - are INEPT. Your crew is horrible - very touch and go. Folks, don't risk it. Time is money, money is time. This disrespectful and unethical clown of a 'contractor' not only left me with a very questionable roof, but he wasted so many hours of my time, which I can never, ever recoup.Update 12/30/23:You are so very dishonest. Excellent work on our soffits and facia! Very timely and left our property very clean. Set expectations appropriately and kept us up to date. They tried to finish the work all in one day to two days to beat the incoming inclement weather. They came real close. Unfortunately, the wind forced them to stop. Through all this we were updated by Victor setting our expectations accordingly. THe best contractor we have worked with in our lives across many states! We plan to use Best Home Improvements again!

Victor's crew came and installed sheetrock as we were remodeling and updating our home. They communicated clearly and accommodated our schedule very well. Best Home Improvements did an outstanding job on replacing our raggedy and leaking old roof and skylights with a really handsome roof and beautiful skylights that don't leak! We had Victor Sanchez come and install a new roof on an extension to the main house last summer, and with that good experience, we called the company again to do the entire roof on the main house. Again the crews were skilled, dedicated, and prompt, using top quality materials and doing a top quality job; they stayed on the job until it was done! And they cleaned up the premises after the job such that it was nicer than when they initially arrived! Past experiences with some builders and contractors left us feeling very vexed because they would start a job with us, and then leave mid-day to go start another job such that the whole process was slowed down to a crawl and took forever to finish. That is not the policy of Best Home Improvements, however, and we are very appreciative of that. Victor Sanchez began the process by taking videos of the problem areas that he noted on the old roof, and explaining the best approach in a courteous, professional but easy-to-understand manner, and when the job was done, he again took videos for our records to show what had been done and improved upon. We are extremely pleased with it all and love our new roof and sparkling skylights! The day after the install, we had a severe storm and everything stayed, and still stays, tidy and dry! Victor and his gang have given us a wonderful experience after so many disappointments with so many others. Many other companies wouldn't bother to get back to us or would take weeks to do so, worked on a schedule that suited them whether it suited us or not, charged high prices, didn't do what they said they'd do, and gave us substandard results. I know Victor personally, and this is not what I expected from him at all. I have experience in roofing houses for several years, and you can't deceive everyone like that. When I asked him questions about the work he planned to do, he had no idea what was happening. He simply sub-contracts the work to other guys. He lied about installing a ridge vent and failed to inform me about the need for an alternative. I had to call an electrician to inspect the power vents, and it turns out one of them was broken. Moreover, the roofers were wandering around my house and peering into the windows of my girls' room, which is completely unacceptable. They also left my attic filled with old shingles, not just dust but entire piles of shingles. And to make matters worse, Victor accused me of being racist, which is a baseless claim. I have known Victor for years, and I deeply regret not trusting my instincts. This experience has been extremely disappointing and frustrating.
