I just wanted to take a minute to thank Elite Roofing Concepts for a job well done. Adam Watts was the man with a plan. He offered a competitive estimate and a quality product. I was pleased at his ability to give an overview of the project and timelines. His crew showed up as scheduled and in less than two hours had my old roof off and the new one started. By the end of the day my new roof was on including my shed out back. The crew cleaned the yard completely of debris. The house looks new thanks to Adam's crew and Elite Roofing Concepts. I would recommend them to anyone needing a roof.

I found Elite Roofing & Restoration on Facebook Tullahoma Talks. After several estimats, Adam and team did a excellent job installing ridge vents. Getting the estimate was fast and simple, Adam gave me a professional proposal listing each item line by line, right down to a cleanup dump fee. Elite had lowest price estimate, but was still promising a high quality product. I wasn't looking for the cheapest - I was looking for best value. The crew was professional and cleaned up after themselves right down to a policing the ground for stray nails. I can highly recommend Elite Roofing. From the quote right up to completion, Adam and his crew were professional, knowledgeable and accommodating.

When I felt like I had a roofing problem these guys came out within hours. I got a very reasonable quote and to fix my problems were not as bad as I thought it would be. They came on a day before a rain event so I was concerned. They straighten and strengthen my barn roof and replaced metal roof along with all rotted wood.Got it all done in that single day before the rain, and had no leaks. Then when time to pay up the final was somewhat less than initial quote. Glad I found these guys and highly recommend!

All around an excellent experience. We had some loose shingles from a storm and contacted Elite Roofing Concepts via email Sunday night and on Monday they emailed me back and scheduled Adam to come out on Tuesday afternoon to inspect the damage. Really like how they use a drone to look over the roof and take pictures. It's safe and just a great use of tech. Adam was very nice, professional, and honest. Tuesday night we were emailed and texted a quote and were able to sign off and approve it immediately online. Thursday they contacted us and had us scheduled for the repair first thing Friday morning. Friday Adam and Fernando came and made quick work of the repair. Overall just excellent work, reasonable pricing, and they were very professional and responsive. We will definitely contact them for all our future roofing needs. The roofers were friendly and professional, except they were almost an hour and a half late with no phone call, text or heads up. I would have been ok with an appointment time frame, but they made an appointment for 7am. At 7:40 I called the main guy, Adam, to find out what was going on but had to leave a message. I waited until 8am and called two more numbers before I got a person. I understand things happen, but a phone call and update would have gone a long way. Hopefully that won't happen to someone who had to take time off of work to be home for their appt. Luckily I'm retired and my schedule was wide open on the appt day, but I still would have preferred a call and update. Having said all that, the repair and work they did to my roof seems good.
