My wife and I blindly picked roofing companies from the Better Business Bureau Website expecting to choose from multiple bids to replace our entire roof.Joey Belviy from Residence Roofing And Restoration was the only one that answered the phone. Only one other bothered to return our call (after about a week).Even though he knew we were seeking multiple bids he offered to be at our house the following day and he arrived at the exact time he said he would.He seemed more like a friend than a salesman and seemed willing to spend as much time as needed to determine our needs, provide details, advice, options and answer many questions, so we sensed that we had met an honest trustworthy professional expert that would make us happy... so we contracted without any other bids which may be foolish, but we are very glad we did, because we ended up very happy with the entire experiencewhich based on past experiences is unusual and was a major relief.The team of experts arrived exactly when expected and stripped old shingles, applied needed sheathing over the entire house and completed the job on the second day and it looks great.Joey kept in touch immediately via text, email and phone calls through out the entire process as any true professional should.Residence Roofing And Restoration has not been established in this state for a long time, but has been in the roofing, gutter and renovation business for many years and is also a licensed inspector and they give free estimates.We highly recommend this company and in our opinion their motto should be: "Don't waste time with the rest...call the best".Rick and Tracey, Tiger Creek Road, Roan Mountain.

After the recent east Tennessee windstorm, I called Joey at Residence Roofing to assess my roof. He came right out on Sunday afternoon to look at my roof. The roof needed replaced and Joey walked me through the Atlas Shingle System and answered all my questions. His estimate was fair and the whole process was seamless. Joey is friendly, highly professional, a haag certified roof inspector and an excellent communicator. He has a team of hard workers. We are so happy with our new roof. Thanks again!

After enduring two days of 85+ mph winds, I discovered shingles scattered in both my front and back yard. I reached out to Joey at Residence Roofing & Restoration who graciously agreed to assess the damage the very next day, despite it being outside of regular working hours. Not only did he arrive as promised, but he also patiently guided me through the extent of the damage, answering all my questions. In a sense, Joey gave me a crash course in Roofing 101. With heavy snow forecasted for the following day, Joey promptly patched up my roof at a fair price to prevent any potential leaks. I recommend reaching out to Joey for any roofing repair needs.

My insurance company denied my claim. Joey with Residence Restoration did an inspection and found major storm damage on my roof. He was able to get the insurance to come back out, showed them damages, and they ended up buying my roof! Looks great and couldn't be happier!

Was initially impressed with the quick response and willingness to come look at a small roofing/siding job I had in fact they showed up the next day to look at it. Assured me he we have a quote in a couple days and even gave me his personal cell phone number. Few days go by with no response and after texting and messaging on Facebook I finally get a call 7 days later to tell me sorry but there was 2 other quotes in front of me but I should have something in the next day or 2..well it's the next day or 2 and no response. This doesn't seem to match with other reviews on here but at this point I'm no longer interested in doing business with this company. If there was a backlog on quoting jobs that's fine, just don't tell me you will do something in 2 days if you can't then call me and say the same thing again and still drop the ball.

After high winds, I noticed shingles missing from my roof. Joey was the first person I called, but not the only one. He was the only one that bothered to return my calls. He came out promptly and gave me a fair estimate and was on the job doing the repair withing a couple of days. His crew did a great job! Joey and his team were great! They were prompt with all their responses to the many questions my dad and I asked. They also helped with the insurance inspection. On the day of the job, they arrived at the house exactly at the time they said they would be there. They even took my dog out while working on the roof due to the backyard being used for materials!
