Five stars plus! DR Roofing crew removed old and installed new shingles on our 4500 sq. ft. roof in one day. They are prompt, efficient, courteous, and honest. Dr Roofing done a magnificent job on our home. We had two layers that had to be removed and replaced with a far superior product. Upon my first meeting with Kevin he done a very good presentation leaving no stone unturned and making sure I understood what was going to happen and the advantages of the products used. The crews arrived on time and completed the job in one day. Very competitive with other estimates. I strongly recommend this company for your roofing needs.

The DR Roofing team did an amazing job from start to finish highly recommend this company!!DR Roofing recently installed a new Roof for my brother-in-law he was extremely pleased with their knowledge on Roofing , and willing to explain and help with their homeowners insurance we found ourselves in a similar situation except our insurance company wasn’t paying enough to even replace our roof so we gave Kevin at DR Roofing a call. He showed up on time explained everything so that we could understand provided us comprehensive estimate and provided our insurance a detailed estimate with photos. These guys are absolutely without a doubt the best group of people. Kevin goes into detail with you when he gives an estimate, which I love, because a lot of people just are to busy to stop and actually talk. Kevin will pay attention and work with you until your satisfied. Stephanie takes care of the office end, the financial stuff, and so much more and is wonderful to deal with. She will take care of you just as much as much as she takes care of her business and crew. The other two ,half owners, are awesome beyond a shadow of a doubt also. These guys know what they are doing on a roof. Excellent roofers. They take pride in their work. They did an extraordinary job on my home. They tied my porch roof into the house and made it look simple to do. We changed the order at the last minute and I mean last minute. It was when they pulled up to do the job that we ask for the roof to be tied in. But these guys were great about it. Not a problem, they said, and went right to work. They give 110% at all times. I don't think I have all the words to describe how good my husband and I feel about this company. And let me mention the other two laborers, they do an awesome job also. Everyone is friendly courteous, caring, and so much more. You feel like your part of a family by the time they are getting started. Yes they are that good. All of them. Thanks again Dr Roofing! Kevin came out and gave us a quote to replace our shingles since we had damage from the tornado that came through Mayfield. The price was fair compared to other companies and as soon as we got the funds from insurance they were there to do the roof pretty quick. Bethany was even able to pick up the check from my house so I didn't have to drive it down or mail it. The crew did a good job with the roof installation and as you can see from the final photo the roof looks good.Service: Roof installation

The delivery of material was done quickly and the installation of the roof was done very quickly. They paid attention to detail and protected everything outside of the home. The cleanup was amazing. Above expectations, ask for an estimate on my roof, 1 week later had new shingles installed and the workers were professional, and clean up, they used magnets on wheels to collect the nails off the ground but also the gutters. Contacted Kevin 2 years later about the facia on the back of my house, Someone was at my house on Tuesday and the next week on Friday they had replaced all of the facia and amazing, the work is outstanding. From start to finish working with this company was an easy and great experience! Every person we talked with provided excellent customer service! We were told when the work would be done. The crew that came out was professional and respectful of plants, outside furniture, etc. They removed the old roofs, installed the new roofs on both our home and outbuilding, and cleaned up in ONE DAY! They even painted the vent pipes to match the new roof! It’s easy to see they take pride in their work, know what they’re doing, and really do a great job! Even though he don't do metal roofs he still came out to check at no charge. Very kind and considerate. Even though he doesn't do metal roofs he was kind enough to give me a name and number of a person that can. He even told me if the other individual couldn't to give him a call back. When they came to my house they were very informative and professional throughout the whole process. Everyone I spoke to was extremely friendly and customer service was exceptional!! Every product was explained with great detail and I was informed of every step throughout the job. The process was effortless on my part they worked directly with my insurance company. When the contractors showed up to install the roof they got to work without hesitation and I was very impressed with how fast they had the job completed. Had some hail damage from a past hailstorm. Kevin came out and looked over my roof and did find the damage. They worked great with the insurance company and made sure the insurance company covered all the damage found. Installed the roof in one day! Great job and came back and made sure all good. I wondered who I would use if I ever needed another roof replaced. Glad I found them! Great quality shingles with very good warranty. They even painted some white pipes and a red vent pipe on the roof to match the shingles! Best experience I have ever had with a roofing company. The also told me some issues i have with attic ventilation and how to fix. No one else has ever explained that to me before. Even my insurance adjuster said I would get a good job done with them. DR Roofing is the best! I needed an estimate for a new roof. I called DR Roofing and Stephanie had Kevin come by in no time. He took time to explain everything in detail and answered all my questions. He even showed me samples of typically used materials vs the Atlas materials DR uses. The difference in materials sells itself. When they showed up to start, they came in ready to work and had my roof down to the decking in a matter of hours. The next morning they arrived and his crew had the roof done and all the debris cleaned up and gone by mid afternoon. Kevin, Stephanie and their crew are all very nice, polite and very professional people. My new roof looks really good and I love it! They came out an hour after our initial phone call and also came out early the next morning to meet with the insurance person. This really helped us a lot since they could coordinate directly with each other. Communication is also great. We got an immediate response to all of our questions. This group of men are wonderful. They work so fast and do a beautiful job. They had to replace 25 sheets of decking in addition to installing the new roof. They came early and stayed late and it was completed in one day. They cleaned up every piece of anything that was left on the ground. They use a large magnet to pick up every nail. The owner stopped by the next day to inspect and they used the magnet again to make sure there were no nails. Our new roof is beautiful. They are the best. We called for an estimate and they were quick to get out to measure our roof. They gave us plenty of choices on our shingles and explained the differences. The salesman was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. Shingles were delivered and we had a new roof within a few days. The crew started at 7:30 on Tuesday morning and they finished early Weds afternoon. They worked so fast and the roof looks beautiful. The cleanup was amazing! It's like they were never here and they even covered my flower beds on the front and back.Someone even stopped by the day after to run another magnet over our property to check for any lost nails.We highly recommend DR Roofing!
