I worked with Haley at 4B Remodeling & Design for renovations after my home flooded. She was a true professional, dealing with a tedious, paperwork-intensive insurance claim. I set up an appointment for an estimate for a bathroom remodel and had an appointment for Wed at 1:00 it is now two o’clock and no one had shown up or called. When I called the company office I got a recorded message. This is a very unprofessional and incompetent operation. I will never use them and will tell everyone about my experience. They need to do something else and change their name to 4F as they are failures!

Contractor came to look at the property on January 15th, she said I hear from her soon. I waited a week, called about 4 times before I got a response. Again she said she'd get with me the following week. It's been two weeks since that text and almost a full month since she initially looked at the property. Decided not to wait on her anymore.
