Hillary Kilpatrick set me up with a full new set of windows for my new home in Coleman. Battles Home improvement along with Hillary sent over true professionals to install my new windows who had my house looking like brand new construction in less than two days replacing fifteen windows. Not only is my home quieter but I immediately noticed a change in the amount of time my air conditioning system was running. Thank you Hillary for your guidance during this process.

I contacted this company over a week ago to inquire about replacing some siding on my home. The guy who answered the phone was rude and told me that he would call back. I have called and I have submitted a couple of online requests and never heard anything. I wouldn't use this company solely based on the lack of communication. If they can't even pick up the phone to respond to a request for a bid, I don't want to know how bad their quality of work would be. Do yourself a favor and go with someone else.

No follow up after in home visit. No quote provided. No response to email. That tells me one of two things. Either they are so busy, they don’t need or want my business or perhaps, they just don’t care. My bathroom is all remodeled from a different business.8 months after my review posting, I am being asked if I have the right company. Yup, I do. The person who came out to my house said he was the owner of the company. I threw out the business card but the name is one of a kind, which I can't remember right now. 8 months later , wow. You should have just ignored my posting instead of replying 8 months later.I didn't throw out the business card after all. Leck Matthews is the one who came to my house, brought samples, and looked at what I wanted to do. I emailed him a week afterwards and no reply. He knew my address, my cell number, and my address. So, there is no excuse in my book because at the very least, Leck could have simply said they have too much on the books and can't do this job. The old bathroom and closet have been merged together and made one large bathroom with a 50"x50" tiled shower, custom built vanity, etc... For a business that serves people in custom work, you need to call the customer back.

I have engaged Battles Home Improvement for three major projects. I had one bathroom gutted, bathtub taken out and shower installed plus toilet moved from one side to the other, new plumbing and electrical work. The work was done completely to my satisfaction and in a timely manor. Another bathroom's floor had to be replaced and a complete re-do. The third project was removing a 60 year old front door and facings and storm door, and replacing them and painting them. All to my expectations.This company is easy to work with. They stay with the job until completed and do not leave to work on another project until the work is finished. I highly recommend them

The installers replaced our Windows and sliding glass doors. They were very courteous and professional. They did an excellent job. I will use Battles Home Improvement in the futite.

I was promised a fix to my rebath tub because it was sealed incorrectly so water collects between the old tub and the rebath tub and makes a water bubble and can't be used - disappointed the fix never happened.
