Called the company Saturday and explained the emergency situation to them with my leaking ceiling and they told me they would come out Monday at 8:30 and look at it. So Monday rolls around and they never came! I called several times but never heard anything back! 0/10 I would NOT recommend this company to anyone. This is not the way to do business.. extremely unprofessional!

Chad was very professional and courteous and did a great job on replacing our roof. He provided great results and worked with my insurance adjuster and all details were covered and made easy. They worked quickly and did a good job on cleanup. I don’t normally write reviews however, I could not pass up the opportunity to express how well the Chad Dodson Roofing of Abilene crew did on our roof. The install of the roof was excellent. I looked it over really well and saw no mistakes having done roofing in my younger days. Cleanup was done really good. Can’t even tell they were here which was a concern of mine. Protected bushes and AC unit very good. Nothing damaged. Would highly recommend the Chad Dodson roofing company for anybody that is need of a roof replacement.
