I can’t say enough good things about Kirby and Hartman roofing. We had some difficult transitions and they worked with us to find the best solutions. They helped us negotiate with the insurance company to make sure we were able to replace everything in the best way and not just the quickest or cheapest. This is my second roof replaced by Hartman roofing and I highly recommend them. Kirby came out and met with the insurance adjustor and resolved an issue with them declaring there was only minimal damage. The roof was declared a total loss after he requested a re-inspection.The roofing crew were very professional. They were organized and worked fast and were very courteous. After finishing they were meticulous in cleaning up the area.The estimate I received from Hartman Roofing was accurate and was within the settlement provided by the insurance company. Great roofing experience. I moved from Oklahoma and had quite a few roofing experiences over the years. A well staffed crew showed up early and went to work as soon as it was safe to be on the roof. They worked extremely well together and, in my opinion, were the hardest working group of men I’ve ever seen. 99% of the work was completed on the first day. Early the next morning five men showed up early to complete the installation, finish cleaning my yard and the surrounding area. They were completely finished in about two hours on the second day. The materials used were of very good quality and I’ve had numerous compliments on the “Great Looking Roof”. After a few rains and a lot of high winds, I can say there has been no issues with the materials or the quality of the installation. I have found a top notch roofing company and would recommend them to anyone that needs a new roof or repairs to a damaged one. First Class Roof, Workers and Company.

Hartman Roofing did an excellent job on replacing my roof. My insurance company initially denied the claim for replacement. Jon Rogers went above and beyond to prove that my roof was beyond repair and needed replacement. Once the insurance approval came through, Jon had a crew out the next day and the new roof looks amazing!

Working with insurance can be a pain, but Hartman Roofing did all the leg work and even though the adjuster didn’t include certain things that should have been Steve worked with them and I never had to deal with them. They tried to only pay for a lower grade shingle but that wasn’t happening and They took care of that as well! Steve even picked out the perfect color for our shingles! The workers worked from sun up to sun down to try to get as much done as they could. Only took them a full day and a work day to complete including the awesome clean up they did and took caution to not get debris in our pool! Highly recommend!

After receiving notice of total loss (hail damage) from insurance provider, I called Hartman to schedule the consult; Cody was on property in a matter of days for the estimate, and had his full crew on the job just as quickly. Roof was replaced in one day. Timeline from date of claim to new roof: 8 business days! Unheard of!The roof itself looks great and the crew took care in cleaning up the property at job completion. Would absolutely recommend Hartman to anyone looking for quality customer service and professional installation.Keep your standards high, Hartman. Appreciate your contributions to the community.

Hartman Roofing came out and roofed our commercial building in Bronte and did a great job! Mr. Hartman meet with our insurance adjustor and handled the whole thing. We had one spot around some skylights that had always leaked because of a poor design. After they roofed our building that spot leaked again. Hartman continued to come out until they had it 100% fixed. This company is not a fly by night type, they will be here to fix anything that was not up to your standard. Great guys with great morals.

I had Hartman Roofing replace my roof after the hail storm this past May.Alex came out to give an estimateHe was very helpful and offered to come back when insurance adjuster would be here. Everything went smooth. Not sure how the workers were able to roof my house in 1 day in 105 degree heat. They cleaned up very well before leaving.I would recommend Hartman Roofing!!

If you’re reading this review then you’re probably looking for a roofing company, do yourself a favor and call Hartman Roofing. Hartman Roofing and their team are an absolutely first class business. This years roof due to the spring hail storms were the third roof they’ve put on my house in the last 20 years, they’re the only roofer I’ve ever called or trusted. Some of the consistent traits/values I’ve seen through their years of service are: (1) always on time and show when they say they will, (2) courteous and always answered my questions and even made recommendations I didn’t even consider, (3) complete cleanup was done and constant nail sweeps conducted throughout the time they were on the property, (4) the cost is what was initially quoted, and (5) the jobs started and finished when they said they would. I can’t recommend these guys enough. Short version: Great price, great communication, professional installation. Highly recommend!!!Long version: Kirby gave us a quote after a severe hail storm, we decided to wait on replacing the roof. Few months later, we believe we were hit with a microburst and ended up with a big area of roof missing shingles. After several quotes from other companies it was clear that we were going to go with Hartman. I sent pictures of the damage and he was able to help get us taken care of sooner than we thought. Well, mother nature intervened again, Kirby knew our roof was exposed so he had some employees come out and cover the exposed area before the rains came. When they finally started on the roof it only took them one day for removal and installation. Kirby did a final inspection and all was said and done. On a side note, Hartman replaced 2 other houses on our street that week.

This company is amazing. Alex and Cody came out to give us a quote. Cody remembered us from the 1st time we used Hartman 5 years ago. They did amazing on the roof the 1st time but the storms in June were no match for high winds and hail damage. Alex got the quote very quickly, and had it ready when he said he would. Communication was outstanding the whole process. Alex made sure to let me know all the details and dates when the crew would be working. The roofing crew worked so hard in 107* heat and I'm not disappointed at all with work. Thank y'all for your amazing team.

We had a really great experience with Hartman Roofing. Jansen Hale explained the whole insurance and roofing process for me since this was my first time dealing with a roof replacement - thanks Texas hail. He made sure I understood every step and checked in often - before, during and after - which I appreciate since so many companies ghost you after you sign the dotted line.The crew who put on our roof was quick and professional. I work from home so I could see the many times they had one worker out there sweeping for nails with a magnet, front and back yard. Additionally, the driveway and back patio were swept clean when they were done. I appreciate all that effort because I've heard horror stories about nails finding their way in tires after a roof repair not to mention my idiot pets who will eat anything.Highly recommend this company.

We’ve been using Hartman Roofing for many years. They are the most honest, friendly & dependable company out there.I promise! No bull! Please do yourself a favor and call them! You certainly will not regret it.We started using Hartman about 20 years ago and had the pleasure of working with Remi Delarosa. This last storm the first weekend of May hit hard and caused terrible damage. We called Hartman and had the great pleasure of meeting Cody Hartman & Alex Delarosa, Remi’s son. They really make sure on what you actually need. They talk you through each step on cost, colors and what’s best. Never try to sell you something not needed. Then we got lucky and had Remi Delarosa over seeing the construction and then his son Alex Delarosa following up on the finished product. Always checking in to make sure everything was ok. The roof they suggested was perfect color. What a fantastic job, and the cleanup was amazing not one nail found, which is something to brag about.
