I cannot believe how much more stable my home is since Ja-Mar roofing put on my Galvalume roof. My home does not creak, moan and walls stopped separating. The turbines were removed and they put in a continuous ridge ventilation, no maintenance compared to the turbines. The other roof bids did not offer this option. The crew kept me posted as to what was going on and if they came upon any situations that need to be taken care of.
