Christian was so helpful and so responsive when we needed him! We discovered some moisture the same day we put our house on the market. He came out right away, looked over everything, discussed with us speculations about what it probably was, gave recommendations, and even made himself available to interested buyers to help them understand the situation, even after hours. Used them after Hurricane Ida. They do what they say they are going to do, period. In a world when no one follows through, Lara Services did. They showed up hours after I called and meticulously captured every detail of our home that was damaged and needed remediation. They were thorough in removing nails and other items in the studs. They cleaned up after themselves. They never demanded money or even bothered me about their claim even though it took my insurance company 6 months to pay! Not a single phone call, text or email asking for payment. They were patient and know the process well. Very satisfied!

From the first call I made to Christian with Lara Services, I knew we were going to be taken care of. After the Hurricane, Christian and his crew provided a quick and reasonable estimate. After I accepted the quote Lara Services showed up the next day and completed the entire demo on my home in one day. The remediation took 5 days but was ready to start rebuilding as soon as he was finished. I wish the rest of the build back would have been as seamless as his services. Thank you Christian. I scheduled an appointment with these people and when the day and time came they were a no call no show. I called and he told me he forgot and he was really busy. This person then said he could be out at my house in 20 minutes so I was ok with that. However, a second later he told me never mind and thanks anyway and hung up on me. I tried to call back but no answer. Very unprofessional and I'm glad I found this out now and not later.
