This was the first time we've used the service but TnP was awesome in a pinch. Our new tenants arrived to move into the unit but another company didn't clean it to expectations. At the same time, a pipe burst in the attic, flooding the foyer, and collapsing a segment of the ceiling! We cleaned the collapsed material, and TnP immediately cleaned the other areas needing attention. The immediate attention helped calm and reassure the new tenant in a stressful time. We've already booked a follow-up deep clean in a couple of weeks after repairs have been made. Thanks, TnP!!!

We were thrilled with TnP Cleaning Solutions. They did a deep clean on our house which we are putting up for sale this week. They spent the entire day working to clean years of grime away. Not only did they clean the usual things, but one worker spent hours in our mudroom that our dogs destroyed, scrubbing off dog dirt from all the surfaces. We hired TNP to deep clean my Mothers home and for ongoing monthly cleaning. The deep clean was fine however for the first monthly cleaning one employee showed up and stayed 1 hr and charged my credit card $100! When I called to discuss this they told me that there was nothing left for the employee to clean and there is a $100 minimum charge. The issue I have with this is it is completely untrue. There’s was much more that could be done (I was at my Mothers home the day before). I was never told of the $100 minimum. They took advantage of my elderly Mom and the fact I wasn’t there. Finally, they have refused to make this right. The owner never even called me back. Horrible business practices.ClarificationYour response mischaracterizes the entire situation. I emailed and called numerous times so we could work this out. I assumed it was a miscommunication but found out this is how you do business. I gave you numerous opportunities make it right. I would highly recommend TNP cleaning solutions. They were readily available and very professional.We have a 1955 Abilene home that our children live in while away at college. TNP cleaning solutions was able to come in do a deep clean from ceiling to floor and I am just shocked and amazed at how clean as well as their attention to detail. Their chief cleaner on site was very receptive to my needs and always asking me if they had missed anything or if anything they could do better. I had looked over their work but she continued to point out things that even I missed and then they addressed those and fixed them.Very nice and respectful, a very professional crew. My house looks fabulous they did a deep clean looks like it did when I bought my house in 2020. Great job! Girls were very nice and worked really hard they were respectful of my house and moved every lil thing to get bathrooms and kitchen spotless. Blinds window sills baseboards lights everything. Great value too. Will be using them again in future. Will highly recommend.* UPDATE. Discovered my vents were not done contacted them they informed me I had a 24 hour window to tell them.
