I cannot provide a higher review or recommendation! Jose and his team are incredibly professional and honest. They have impeccable attention to detail and go well above-and-beyond expectations. Jose and his team were proactive about any issues they encountered, working at all hours to come to a resolution as quickly as possible. They were up front with expected timelines and costs and were transparent in all interactions. The weather wasn’t very compliant with our project this spring, as most of the work was outdoors, but they spent multiple Saturdays at our place working when the weather was nice, in order to complete the project in as timely a manner as possible. These guys pick up every bit of scrap material and nails, even moving furniture back in place when they’re done with the job. I’ve never had this sort of experience with home contractors before. They installed new windows and waited until they were clean to caulk and clean up the inside of the windows, so that they wouldn’t bring outdoor dirt/mud/dust into our home. They’ve got lifetime customers in us! Let these before/after pictures speak for themselves!

Definitely recommend these guys! We've had them do small projects around our house before (putting in a new faucet and light fixture) but most recently, we had them upgrade our interior doors. We had outdated ugly doors and had them put in these new ones as well as new doorknobs. They turned out great! We will definitely be using U.S again for any future work we need done around our home!

Uniqu3 Solutions has done office remodeling as well as smaller jobs like door installations. We were very impressed with the quality of their work and their professionalism. They kept us updated every step of the way and were sure to let us know if they ran into any concerns. Our office area looks very nice and we would recommend them to anyone for any project. This was the second job I had Jose and his crew complete for me. He gave me a fair quote, was very friendly, respectful of our home and easy to work with. He finished in the time he stated in the beginning and the work is fantastic! He fixed an issue in the master bedroom with sheetrock cracking which needed taping and mudding, texture match and paint. I highly recommend his work to you!

The people who worked on our fence was very professional. They gave me a good quote on fence repair and when the date and time was set, they actually arrived on time. I asked them if they could finish the work in one day despite the weather being cold and as I was told would affect the new posts but after hearing me out that I wanted it finished that day so that I won't bother our neighbors and be an inconvenience for them especially that they have dogs that stayed out on their backyard all the time, they understood my situation and actually finished it at that same day. The work on the fence actually exceeded my expectations. It was a job well done. I will definitely call them again for future services. Thank you for doing a great job. I appreciate it a lot.

The ceramic tile on the side of our jetted tub in our master bath was pulling away. We called Jose and he was out the same day to look at the repair and had a very reasonable estimate. We scheduled the work for a time convenient for me. Jose and his crew showed up on time, put down drop cloths and got to work. Once they removed the tile we found that our builder had incorrectly installed the tub and water had caused the wood behind it to expand and push the tile out. Jose discussed his plan to properly repair the damage with me and with my approval got to work. He and his crew completed the job professionally, completely cleaned up and was able to come in very close to the original estimate even with the significant additional work required. If you have any home/handyman project you need done call Jose. You won't be disappointed!

Incredibly unfortunate experience and will never recommend their services to anyone. I had Uniqu3 come out to work on my rental property to repair carpet damages, re-install a cabinet drawer, rewire an A/C panel, do some small touch up paint and re-attach a couple of cabinet doors. Absolutely everything they did was half-assed.1) They "didn't have time" to reinstall the drawer trim so it left bare wood exposed on the face of the kitchen drawer.2)They didn't tell me until the day of repairs that they 'didn't have time' to get my carpet patches done.3)The A/C panel they mounted was done completely wrong to the point it burned up the panel as soon as the A/C was turned on.4) They didn't touch up paint in any of the requested areas.I had to get an electrician out to install a brand new A/C panel and service the unit for damages, had to re-install the drawer + trim myself and do the carpet repairs and touch up paint myself too. All in all it cost me twice to fix what I paid them to do... Instead of understanding my concerns, the owner was incredibly rude and dismissive. Didn't even attempt to make things right with me, and that's the only reason I'm leaving a negative review. Uniqu3 lacks respect for the customer's needs and apparently lacks the competent skills or time management to complete the tasks they quoted me for.I will never use Uniqu3 again on any of my properties, and I would encourage others to do the same if you don't want a simple repair job to cost you twice what it should.
