We called this roofer. Scott came out and said he would text us the quote to replace our roof. We liked him very much. It’s been a week now and every time we call him all we get is his voice mail. We leave messages and he won’t even return our calls. Not very good customer service. Don’t understand why!! Mabank Texas

I highly recommend Scott Karraker and his Reliable Roofing crew. They did what they said. Scott was extremely helpful all the way through the process, from selection and locating a difficult-to-find red roof material, through timely installation and clean up. Scott handled all the co-ordination with the insurance adjuster from beginning to end. Since the work was being done on a second home, Scott kept us well informed, including send pictures via text. Scott sets a fine customer service example that would be good for many Lake area service and construction providers to follow.
