I used Carsa to successfully remodel a 1940s cottage – one that many might have torn down. The project included a gut renovation of the bathroom, siding repair, extensive painting, cabinetry, floor refinishing, new drywall, and the list goes on.I had a great experience end to end. What sets CJ, Armando, and their team apart is their expertise, dedication, and pride in their work. In older homes, surprises are par for the course, and Carsa tackled each challenge with solutions that not only aligned with my budget but also kept my timeline intact. I definitely plan to use them again for a future project.

We highly recommend Carsa Construction. CJ, Armando, and their team recently helped us with a remodel project that included a new full bathroom, brick pony wall demolition, new brick wall construction, new tiled front porch, hardwood floor refinishing, interior and exterior painting, multiple French door/window replacements, exterior brick siding replacement, an attic entrance/ladder replacement, and plenty of other small tasks. The team was fantastic throughout the entire project, always on time, professional, and flexible. They completed all the work within a week of the original time estimate, despite our adding multiple tasks along the way, and pricing was fair and competitive. I had Carsa out to do my roof. The guys were really thorough and fair. They went over and above one small requests that I had. They are certified by Owens Corning, which is why I picked them. I would definitely recommend them to any friends or family. They installed a light-colored Energy Star shingle and did fantastic work.
