Mason Watt with Eco was amazing! He came and checked my roof and patched a spot that was missing shingles to prevent leaks until he could get a crew out to replace the roof. They had my new roof on, and everything cleaned up all in a day. Great service and work. If you need a roof, get with Mason, he will fix you up!

I want to give a shout-out to ECO Roof and Solar (Austin branch) and Brandon in particular. They installed a new roof for me in 2021 after I had hail damage. Both in 2022 and 2023, there were ice storms in Austin, and I had tree branches fall on my roof, so I asked them to perform inspections. In both instances, Brandon responded promptly, performed a free inspection, and reported that the roof was in good condition. Many other roofing companies could have tried to sell me unnecessary repairs, so I especially appreciate their integrity and professionalism. Hope this doesn’t sound over exaggerated, but we had an extremely, even enjoyable experience with ECO ROOF.Without going into great detail let me just share what I was most impressed with. First was promptness, was here and ready to go at 8:00 am daily just as they said they would be.Secondly, they cleaned as they went, I mean really cleaned, picking up nails, tar paper and cut off shingles to keep my yard looking nice and my neighbors happy of debris. Not to mention no damage to my flowers and outdoor lighting fixtures.Last but not least, the guys were friendly and yet very professional. They worked practically non stop to get my roof finished within 2 days as promised. I was worried they wouldn’t break for lunch so I happily offered to buy them lunch and they were over the top appreciative!My husband was home Saturday when they were finishing up and was looking over their work and said he’d never seen better work, a big deal because my husband is very much a perfectionist.We’re extremely pleased with ECO ROOF and will most definitely plan on using this company again.BTW, we searched for overlooked nails as suggested by the company, just in case some had been missed and I’m happy to say we didn’t find even one! We are enjoying our new pewter grey roof with ridge vents that add a streamlined look. Michael, friendly salesman explained our options and answered questions about the process with filing a claim for the wind and hail damage detected, taking photos of the evidence during inspection. He walked the roof again with the adjuster to point out the damage and prove our case. Eco’s personable manager, Brandon handled the insurance and install Issues to our satisfaction. Our home looks like new!

I hired Eco Roof and Solar to do a full roof repair in June of 2021. 10 days after the roof work was done my entire patio roof collapsed. Eco Roof and Solar refused to come and even evaluate the issue. I was told to file a homeowners insurance claim. Once I did, the insurance company hired a forensic engineer and it was identified that the collapse was caused by rotten wood, including the composite panel boards that Eco Roof and Solar would have needed to replace in order for it to be considered a nailable surface. Had they replaced the boards as roofing code requires the rotten wood would have been exposed and it could have been fixed. I relayed to them the engineer's findings and they still refused to come out and evaluate for themselves. I received several hostile phone calls from one of their general managers and he told me to send him the engineers report and then hung up on me. Once I receive the forensic engineer's report from my insurance, I shared it with all parties at Eco Roof and Solar and even though they acknowledge (in writing) they should have replaced the boards then they refused to consider coming out to inspect the issue or doing anything to make the issue right. When I wouldn't accept their $250 credit (seriously?) they threatened me with legal fees to continue to discuss. Since they cannot bill me for in house counsel they then switched their strategy to threatening a lien on my house. I would never hire this company again as it was clear to me that once they have the signed form of completion their customer service ends there. What happens if I have a leak or an issue down the road? I'm sure it means i'll be hiring another roofing company to fix their work.Service: Roof installation

Taylor came in and explained how the process worked, from helping with insurance claim, to the order and delivery of materials, to construction day events and timeline to completion. He and the rest of the team made the process very easy for me, and I believe I have received a quality roof that looks very nice. I am tough to please, so that shows the level of satisfaction I have with the entire process. Thanks to Taylor and the Eco team.
