Recently we had our roof replaced by Edifice Contractors. We had three estimates and found Edifice to be the best in between all of them. They also have crews that are doing this day in and day out and are accustomed to the labor. So far I don't foresee any issues. The quality of the work was great and the drip edge matched our paint very well. Emmanuel did all he could to make sure that everything went smooth from beginning to end. The crew did an excellent job and the details were not ignored. Materials were estimated correctly and dropped off the day before and the crew was done in about 10-12 hours. Thank you Emmanuel and everyone at Edifice. With all the rain we've had recently we've been able to sleep peacefully knowing our dwelling is protected.

Emmanual is the guy who talked to us when we got hail storm and got damaged roof. He was nice talking to a person meaning his customer service was good and did his job okay.He did his job and changed a roof, however after a month we got heavy rain and heard a water dripping inside my roof, checked on the attic and found out that the water was leaking inside the attic and outside the house as well, water was all over outside from gutter as well. They did a job but did not make sure if it was done correctly or not. But he did come after two days and fixed the leakage.Also, due to hail my few windows screen got hole and he took 5-6 screens and said he will fix it and bring it to me, however never showed up.I even emailed and texted him to return my screen however never returned my screen. we used his service in 2019 and my windows screen are still with him and never gave it me. I requested him to drop all the screens at my front porch, but never received them.I waited for him to get my screens and got patience but I am forced to write this one star rating just because he didn't return my property. Rest he did fix the roof leaking,, so giving you 2 star for being in touch.If you fix my 6 or 7 window screens and return it to me I will change this rating.Update: He did contact me after this review and promised to delivered the screen that he took it to fix it.He did bring me 3 screen back. However, I am missing 2 more. He said he has already gave me those, but I have never received anything.For being responsive and brought some item back I will increase your ratings, but if you deliver 2 more missing screens I will make it 5 stars as promised.Thank you Again..Services: Gutter repairs, Roof repair for storm & wind damage, Roof inspection, Roof repair, Roof installation

I had my roof replaced with Edifice Contractors. The workers did an awesome job. I also had a house I sold done by Edifice. They were prompted, great job and reasonable. I am a happy customer with happy roofs!

Great company to do business with. Had my entire roof redone. They replaced some decking as well. They are willing to work with your Insurance company as well. I would recommend them.
