We had a roof and gutter replacement using Linear Roofing and they were nothing less than amazing during the whole process.Demetris Ford walked us through the plan from start to finish, and even helped contact our insurance company when we were having trouble getting them to settle. He was excellent in everything he did and kept us fully informed during every step.The roofing and gutter teams were efficient and did a thorough clean up when done. A detailed report followed, which the team explained fully before I scheduled a three-way conference call with my insurer. Having Linear Roofing’s presence on that call contributed to an exceptionally positive exchange, in which I was able to answer my insurer’s questions completely and accurately.Linear Roofing’s support didn’t stop once repairs were scheduled. Unfortunately, my new mortgage holder complicated the payment process. But Linear Roofing has vast experience working with insurance providers. The team knew what to expect, and they moved forward, giving me the best protection I could have. Replacement began as scheduled and was complete within a day.The Linear Roofing team made themselves available seven days a week, providing updates and inviting questions. I had a great experience with Linear Roofing and their Project Manager Robert Ferguson.Robert was working with one of my neighbors and offered to do a free roof inspection to check for damage that may have occurred in a hailstorm we'd had the prior April.I'd seen quite a few neighbors getting new roofs so out of caution and curiosity I agreed to the inspection. I was quite surprised when he brought pictures of hail damage and he quickly wrote up a full report that I submitted to my insurance company.From that point on Robert really earned my trust, walking through the process in detail, working closely with my insurance company to ensure every detail was covered.I had issues pop up in dealing with my HOA (getting permission the change the roof color) but Robert was very helpful in providing me help to navigate the process.The actual tear off and new roof replacement were done very quickly. Tear off is messy but my pool and landscaping were very carefully protected so nothing was damaged during the project and they cleaned up everything so it looked as if nothing happened.I had minor issues with the gutters and some touch up painting was needed but Robert was very responsive and agile to help with issues to make sure I was 100% satisfied. Had a great experience with Linear and the project manager, Felix Rivas. He delivered what he said he would on time and on budget. He kept us well informed and was constantly on site when the roof was being attached. He also made sure our gardens, sprinklers and other property were well protected. The roof looks great and it’s already been tested in a couple of storms and passed the test. The roof really improves the look of our home. I’ve used Linear Roofing 3 times now for hail storm repairs here in north Texas. Working with Tom Daman and Linear, I know it will be done professionally and right and they are with you all the way, from working with the adjuster and insurance to the actual roof repair and acting as general contractor on damage to other structures (fence etc). It’s not something I thought about the first time, but I really appreciate the thoroughness with all the other details and covering and protecting our pool, turf and plants. Overall a hassle-free experience, and Linear makes it as worry free as possible. I hope I won’t need to, but absolutely will use Linear next time I do. I included a few photos showing the thorough prep work before tearing off the old roof.

I am so glad I worked with Claudio Flores at Linear Roofing to replace my roof.My roof was in need of repair and with all the things I had going on in my personal and professional life, my goal was to just get it done. However, I had never replaced a roof on a house before and didn't know where to start or what was involved.Thankfully, Claudio walked me through the entire process and was professional and knowledgable from day one. He talked me through the assessment, the shingles he recommended, how we would work with insurance and my deductible--all the things I complicated in my head he patiently clarified. From the day of the assessment to the day of install and the final payment, it took roughly about a week and a half.
