If there has to be hail, you have to call Tarrant Roofing!! They make the process easy from start to finish! I had roof, gutter and screen damage and when the gutters came down it was obvious I needed to paint. They do it all!! Dylon Beamsderfer and his team made it all better. The prep work and clean up they did was exceptional - they protected windows, plants and our pool. Our house looks great!! Give them a call. (PS I like the “old school” shingles) if only they did yard work… lol!!

Tarrant Roofing is an amazing company. Professional, dedicated and honest!We moved to Texas about 18 months ago and were informed by our realtor that we had a new roof and it was a lifetime warranty. Within 6 months the shingles started falling off all of the time and we were not familiar with roofing materials and weather resistance for this state. Unfortunately, the shingles were a manufacturing defect and not the fault of the roofing company. The owner of Tarrant roofing stopped by and told us this roof needed to be replaced and even offered to pay for any overnight expenses if we elected to stay at a hotel through the job. We were thankful, but knew this was an enormous job as we have a very large and high pitched roof. Tarrant roofing not only upgraded the materials, but the owner was personally involved and had a top of the line crew here. Any issues, or collateral damage resulting as expected with a job of this size, were resolved in a timely manner, personally managed, and only the best contractors were brought in to resolve the issues. We have had a lot of experience with home projects and contractors, and Tarrant roofing is by far the best! We trust them and all of their referrals for anything with our home. He was diligent, informative and most of all caring. We had a big project at hand with items that weren’t part of the insurance assessment and Brendan and Tarrant Roofing assisted us with everything. This included third party vendors that made the completion of the entire project possible. The final result was better than what we imagined and also done in a very timely manner. I have a 2 year old roof on my house and have now had no less than 5 leaks. When you call they tell you the warranty department will get back with you and every time it has taken no less than 3 calls to get someone to call you back. I am now on 1 week in on 2 current leaks on the roof. This is if you can get the office to answer the phone rather than their answering service that can only pass a message along. My next step is to just go to their office to speak with someone.

While in the neighborhood, Brendan Thomas stopped at my house when he noticed my older, possibly damaged roof. He offered to do an inspection of the roof for damage, taking pictures for proof. After finding plenty of proof for insurance purposes, he made the call to my homeowners insurance company to explain the findings. He then met with the adjuster, who also came to the same conclusion. He made the process so easy for this woman who had never gone through a roof replacement before. Brendan was always available for my calls and followed through with any questions or requests that I had. During a period when Brendan would be unable to help, he made sure Greg Esquilino knew what was needed at that time. I don’t know if your company does good work. I DO know that one of your employees has a very unprofessional attitude. He put a business card on my door, right next to the ‘No Soliciting’ sign. So, I asked him if he knows what that means. He gave a snide remark, “I have a permit” to which I repeated, do you know what no soliciting means? He mumbled something and drove off.This is NOT acceptable or professional behavior and it reflects badly on your company.

We had an excellent experience with Tarrant Roofing. Our insurance company first approved only half the roof being replaced. However, Tarrant was able to negotiate a full roof replacement with them. We worked closely with Austin Guthrie. He kept us updated every step of the way. In 2 weeks from the first time we spoke with him we were getting a new roof. The roof was completed in 2 days. We had an unfortunate obstacle that the guys had to work around that made their job more challenging but they did it! Jordan McClarry of Tarrant Roofing came out and took pictures of the hail damage after the May 2023 storm and worked with my insurance company to get the damage covered. I also used TR as a general contractor to do additional repairs to my home that were not related to the hail. I am very satisfied with all the work done by Tarrant Roofing. Jordan was professional, courteous and communicative. I would hire him / Tarrant Roofing again.

I give Tarrant Roofing a 5 star. The company has an employee as worthy as gold. Brendan Thomas went above and beyond the call of duty to get my roof fixed quickly and made the experience memorable. I had never had roof damage before and I was not familiar with how the process worked. Brendan took the bull by the horns and handled the insurance, inspection, all major and minor details. You always hear horror stories about roofing work and the contractors. We had an outstanding experience with Tarrant Roofing. They did a great job replacing roof, gutters, and repairing/placing soffit & facia. House looks amazing. Our sales rep, Daniel Worsham, worked closely with insurance company and was there at every step throughout the project (including coordinating painters and electrician to reinstall satellite dish after roofing was completed). All right on budget with original estimate. Great experience start to finish!
