Second time user, will still use again as friendly on site staff, but representative staff were quite rude. Good pricing. My AC went out on the weekend. I called and they were able to send someone the same day, while others the next day or in 3 days.Robert my technician was very helpful, tested the system, found the root cause and had us up and running quickly. He did look for all the ways we could maximize the system and get it running the most efficiently. He did suggest a cleaning and would have a quote sent, but no other hard selling.Like all of my experiences with Enoch’s other departments, they were responsive, nice, and got the job done. We got a We got an estimate right away, which was straight forward and 30% less than other bids. Really easy to schedule and they came out and did the big job all in one day Jose was the boss and they did a great job with installation of HVAC system and new ducts in our 65 year old house. Robert is one of the nicest Techs. He showed up within minutes of texting me that he was on his way to my home. He was very thorough, kind and helpful with my AC concerns. And he made sure everything worked properly with my AC unit, inside and outside, before saying that he was finished with his work. Robert explained all of the work that he accomplished and it helped me understand why certain things had to be done. I needed an extra outlet under my sink for a reverse osmosis system. The team at Enoch was thorough in asking me about my current set up and found a far less expensive alternative (dropping a plug from a GFCI on my backsplash to a cupboard down below and tying in a new outlet). This allowed them to shave hundreds of dollars off the estimate, beating all other estimates and proposals I received by a mile. Luis came in and did the work quickly and professionally. Team Enoch is a company who stands behind their work. In December 2020, I contracted them to install a pair of four-ton and two-ton Goodman HVAC and gas furnace systems. While the four-ton has been working flawlessly for the past 20 months, the smaller one has had refrigerant leaks. They have sent technicians to service that unit twice in the past two summers, but unfortunately the condenser gave in completely in August 2022. They honored the warranty and replaced the condenser with a brand new one the next day. All these services are free of charge. Great business practice.
