They had an army of 20 people to get our very large and pitched roof complete in 2 days so we could be ready for the holidays. Great attention to detail throughout the process. WOW! We had the best experience with DFW Premium Roofing. We've worked with other companies in the past, but NONE of them compare. Cody Eubanks and Jeff Jones were very hands on throughout the entire process, not just with us, but with our insurance company. The customer service and honest communication they provided was superior. The quality of materials and workmanship of our roof it top notch. Their attention to every detail was refreshing. For example, they suggested a different color shingle than we previously had and we liked the idea. But with that, they also included turbines to match and painted exhaust vents, etc. They added a couple of extra things as well that brought the entire project together. And it looks AMAZING! Jeff Jones and Cody Eubanks were in my neighborhood a day after the recent hailstorm and stopped at my house to introduce themselves. After taking photos of my roof, they showed me the damage and explained what the replacement process would be. They actually called my insurance company and got the paperwork started. Both Jeff and Cody were very professional and took the time to answer all my questions and told me what to expect from my insurer and what the timing would be. Our home was in the May 2023 hail storm, causing severe damage to roof. Roofers "invaded" our neighborhood, but we were not home, we found DFW Premium Roofing a few streets over and asked them to come check our roof, not only did they look at the roof, they also checked out gutters, downspouts, and various outside items, grill and lawn furniture. The guys helped us put in a claim to the insurance company, and they met with the insurance adjuster. In our opinion they were professional and advised us on the claim. Our new roof is very nice, great quality. They set us up with a gutter company, painters and person to stain fence, they even painted our garage doors to match the gutters and downspouts.
