Our water heater was leaking out the side and as soon as our plumber left we called S.W.A.T. And they got here within the hour and set up fans and a humidifier. They came to check on the equipment as needed and they got everything dried out. They saved the walls and carpet in my bedroom and in the garage. Peyton was great to work with. I will definitely call them again.

Came home from out of town to a flooded house, broken pipe. I called S.W.A.T. Happy came to the house removed wet flooring, set up fans dehumidifiers, and started the drying process. Very professional, I couldn't be happier.

They made it seem like my home owners insurance would cover everything but my deductible. Was not the case at all, not only did they over charge my HOI they demo my shower and then dragged their feet once it was time to fix it. It never got fixed so now I'm having to look for another company to fix it that's more reasonable because this company charged way more than my HOI was willing to pay. They over charge and under deliver. Not recommended.

SWAT restoration came in, immediately found the problem and went to work fixing it! We had heard water leaking behind the walls but we couldn’t find it. Within minutes they found it, went to work killing the black mold that the leak had caused and got us on the road to restoration.Our technician “Happy” was respectful, knowledgeable, and considerate. I need to get on here and brag about this young man “Cody” . I reached out to this place of business when I found multiple leaks in our home. The first impression I got from Cody was that he was extremely professional and respectful he answered all my questions and explained the process to me and even gave me his number to call and told me to reach out for anything.. me being an older man and not ever having this issue with a home I am extremely pleased and this whole situation went from a nightmare to a absolute god send with Cody being the one to help with this. I had a water heater leak in my attic and caused water damage in my kitchen. I called swat restoration and they worked around my schedule to meet me at my house within hours. Once they arrived they were very nice and professional. I had 2 other companies come by and they were making assumptions instead of showing me where the damage actually was. Reese and Vance with swat restoration showed me exactly where the water traveled and explained how they will dry it. Very knowledgeable guys. The project went as smooth as you can expect for what had happened and any questions during the project they were on top of it. Hopefully I never experience a leak like that again but if I do I will be calling swat restoration. Thanks guysService: Water damage-related mold removal
