I had a roof leak during a recent storm. Jaret came out and quickly diagnosed the problem. It was an improperly installed plumbing vent. Instead of telling me to have the plumbing company make the repairs he was able to reinstall the vent and seal it properly. Great communication prior to his arrival, fast and professional service. I highly recommend this company. Grateful for all that you guys do.

I have been waiting to get a new roof for so long & the storms finally arrived. I have had a great business relationship with Steven Soriano for many years as a business owner myself. He always checked on me through the years when storms arrived. He is super professional outstanding customer service and he was here when the adjuster arrived as well.This company is great and I will be recommending them forever to my friends and clients.One of my Favorite things is Steven made sure to let me knowI need to take my fogs ( I am a foster mom ) out of the house for part of the day so they would not stress over the sounds of the roofers completing the work.And, I was obsessed with getting a particular color he went above & beyond to help me get exactly what I wanted.Service: Roof installation

Editing my review because they did call me the day I left it to ask what could be done to help. A crew came out that afternoon to patch the area that was leaking. I am thankful that they were attentive to my concerns.Our roof has been a headache since we built the house less than 7 years ago. We have had at least 10 repairs, numerous leaks which led to sheetrock repairs, and are now having to get the whole thing replaced. Upon further inspection, the original crew appears to have cut corners with construction and we are dealing with the consequences. It's very frustrating to have to stress out and worry during storms which seems to directly contradict the name of the organization.

First let me say I have been an insurance adjuster for 23 years and I have dealt with 1000s of roofers and NOBODY compares to the service and quality of WeatherShield, specifically Riley Davis and Ricky Jaime. These guys are top notch and the best in the game. Riley looked at my roof 2 days after a hail storm, scheduled the replacement and worked with my insurance company to get everything handled. I’ve worked with some good roofers, but these guys are the best by far. They are extremely responsive and professional. Misael and Daniel explained the issues I needed fixed on my roof, provided photos of what needed to be repaired, sent an estimate via email, and answered all my questions. They made my repairs a priority given the rain coming next week and showed up on a Saturday morning. They took photos as the repairs were being made, showing me the issues under the shingles. I was also provided with photos of the repaired areas. I’m extremely happy with the work they did. I am very appreciative for their assistance! Thank you!Original - "I don’t normally post a review, but this company put a new section of roof on my house about a year ago. The roof has leaked from the start. They came out a few times, but never could diagnose the problem nor find the leak. I have called several times to schedule someone to come back out and they won’t return my calls now. The roof is still leaking and no one has any interest in helping me repair the work that they performed. Save yourself the trouble and hire another company!"

I trusted WeatherShield to install a very expensive new roof and I can't emphasize enough how deeply I regret this decision. The company "completed" the work in October 2020 and has been promising to return to my job site to do punch-list items. However, despite the fact that I had timely paid for the work in full-- ten months later, they still haven't shown up and I continue to get the run-around (and it has taken weeks for them to return phone calls!). I'm all for supporting small businesses and usually don't post negative reviews, but this experience has been extremely frustrating and disheartening that I'm compelled to warn others like I wish someone had done for me. Once insurance approved the new roof, these guys were crawling around before my morning coffee and gone before I got home from work. Had two small roof leaks, I fully expected shelling out tons of money since we are a little over a year out of warranty on our home. Called WeatherShield and had a roofer at my house that same afternoon. The quote took a couple days longer than I anticipated, probably due to the number of other in the neighborhood experiencing leaks from the storm. When the quote came in, I was pleasantly surprised that it wasn’t that expensive. When I agreed with the price, the roofer was there the next day.Thanks for making the process stress free!
