They did work on my house 4 years ago and I have not had any problems since then. The salesman was thorough on explaining the leveling process and even though the estimate was higher than others I received I decided to go with them. Sometimes you have to pay a little more to get the job done right than going the cheaper route.

Seaside did a wonderful job on my home. From replacing beams to leveling, their work was done on time and explained to me every step of the way. They arrived when they said they would arrive and did the job as promised. They called after the work was done to make sure I was satisfied with the work! I won't use anyone else!

Pretty sure this business is out of business. The guy who came and gave me my estimate was great, 5 stars. However it's been months and no one answers the phone or calls back when you leave messages. Three stars because I never got to get the work done.Edit- the work was finally scheduled and completed. I am very happy with the work that was done.
