I have used Advance Construction for a handful of remodel jobs in the past and came away pleased each time! Brien was my primary point of contact for the business and I especially appreciated his fantastic customer service. He is always very easy to get a hold of and is a great communicator throughout the process.The work is great quality and they are very flexible with change orders throughout the job.On more than one occasion, Brien helped me save some money by recommended an alternative that was just as practical and aesthetically pleasing, but much easier on my pocket book. It is rare to find that type of honesty in the construction industry.Aside from Brien, I have also worked with Rolando on one of the jobs and he was also very helpful and easy to work with.If you are looking for good, Christian, honest people who have great customer service, quality, and reasonable prices, I would strongly recommend Advance Construction.

I Recently used Advance Construction Inc. to replace a flat roof (something completely new for me). Brien worked on the estimate and explained the different material options and warranties they offered. I was looking for a company that was professional, knowledgeable, reasonable on the pricing and most importantly reliable. I would highly recommend this company to anyone I know and if you’re on the fence, I hope reading this review will sway your decision their way. Brien is Extremely professional and kept me well informed throughout the entire process. We are very satisfied he made the experience a scary one very easy for us.

Advance Construction did a wonderful job in my house. We had the popcorn ceilings removed, some drywall patched, some rooms painted, and new vanities built for the bathrooms. Brien was a pleasure to work with and was very easy to communicate with. He visited the house often to check on work and let us know everything that was going on. I'd highly recommend them for any remodeling projects and we will certainly use his services again.

I hired Brien to restore my roof and he did such a good job, I had him do some light remodeling inside my home. Both projects were finished early and on budget! How often can you say that about a contractor? Quality was exceptional. I will have no hesitation calling on him again in the future!

Advance Construction under the leadership of Mr. Brian has done an excellent work for our house leaking tile roof. 2016 October they installed a carport and new shingles, tar paper, and roof vent. I now have interior water damage. The shingles were not installed properly and have absolutely no over hang of shingles over the drip cap on the entire roof structure! A razor knife was used to cut the shingles flush to the drip cap. The drip cap is flush to building and not extended out from building. The small amount of guttering since their installation has never captured water from roof. They attached a 2×4 to the existing water damaged facia boards to install the new carport, and Never suggested new boards be installed, before they attached the carport to damaged boards. The flashing cement used failed July of 2020, and I now have $2000.00 of water damage in my Texas room. They never pulled a license to preform the original roofing job! I have recently messaged them, and called numerous times in the past two weeks. No answering machine, and no return messages from internet! Unfortunately I didn't move in permanently till November of 2017 and their warranty was gone! Shingles have 25 year warranty, however that warranty is useless with shoddy workmanship! Update: 8-17-2020 Project manager just stopped by and will be sending crew over, will see how this plays out! Oct 2, haven't heard a word from them since 8-17-2020, even though Gary Kintigh came by in August and told me he would fix the problem! Gary Kintigh is an owner of this company! I have had the fascia repaired and during this process found that they had compromised the drip cap by notching it out around the gutter brackets! Gary told me the gutter shouldn't even be there! However his installation crew never removed the gutter to install the drip cap! Left my place a disaster for water damage!Services: Roof repair for storm & wind damage, Roof installation
