I called a few contractors to replace my siding before I called Advantage Remodeling and Roofing. None of the other contractors responded as quickly as Kirk did. He set up an appointment with me for the following day and arrived on time. Kirk explained the issues I was facing and why my siding was allowing water to make it inside my house. He answered every one of my questions and was able to give me an estimate for the siding work the following afternoon. The price was reasonable, so my wife and I decided to have Advantage Remodeling and Roofing do the work. We couldn't be happier with the outcome! Thanks again!!!

We have used ARR twice, first time was during the Winter Freeze in Feb ‘21 and again during the hailstorm in May ‘23. Cannot stress how much we appreciated and value Boris, Mr. Fish and the entire Advantage Roofing & Remodeling team. They took the pressure off of us and worked with insurance directly on our behalf, and didn’t accept what insurance initially provided to that they could reinstate our beautiful home to its original conditions prior to any damage. We had an issue with decorative flower boxes on the side of our house that started to detach because they were poorly constructed by the original builder. Kudos to Advantage Remodeling and Roofing for their outstanding claim handling! So many items were missed by third party adjusters during the inspection. What started as a small roofing claim turned into a huge benefit for my property. Including siding repairs, new AC unit, new patio furniture set. He even offered to install additional gutters above my second floor window.Dealing with them was a breeze unlike the insurance company. Dragging everything, requesting more and more stuff, changing adjusters.However,their team navigated the process seamlessly, ensuring every detail was addressed properly. I can’t recommend this company and Mr. Fish enough. I reached out to them on Tuesday night; on Wednesday morning, Mr. Fish was already here. While I brought up roof concerns only, he did a thorough job inspecting the roof AND the fence, AC units, and other structures that may have been affected by storm and hail damage. He then spent a lot of time with me explaining what was important to get fixed and what was not urgent. He also dived deep into how an insurance claim would work if we were to submit it, what the insurance company would cover, and what they would not. You can tell he is an expert with rare integrity who puts his customers first. He saved me a lot of time, hassle, and money by recommending the next steps. I highly recommend Mr. Fish and Advantage Remodeling and Roofing for all your roofing and remodeling needs, and they are definitely the best advocates out there to represent you when dealing with insurance adjusters.

My roof was not the only item that was replaced. I get the usual suspects, such gutters and the fence. However, my AC units were damaged beyond repair and Mr Fish went above and beyond my wildest expectations! I paid my deductible for a complete replacement of the roof, 3 AC units were replaced, my chimney got a new siding and house was painted. Advantage Remodeling and Repair just fixed my roof turbine damaged from all the winds we've been having lately. This was a small, but time sensitive job - with rain forecasted tomorrow this would become a much larger issue if not fixed. They had the best price out of all the contractors I called, and their response time was unreal - my roof was fixed within two hours of the phone call. They also checked and tightened the screws on all the other turbines on my roof. This is going above and beyond to help a customer. The tile in my 24 year old master bath started popping off the wall.I was walking my dog in my neighborhood and saw Mr Boris by his truck.I asked him if his company did small jobs like I had.He gave me his card ,I called and the rest is history. I was assigned Kirk Gross as my project Manager.This young man was wonderful. He kept me informed,Walked me through each step, had the workers there when they were supposed to be ,every thing cleaned up each day.What I liked also was the estimate was for labor.They gave me a list of amounts of tile, fixtures,etc. I could then decide what I would like and not have to pick something just to stay in budget. I could get what I wanted. I haven’t used this company but I am leaving this review because one of their company trucks (HYZ1427) in full wrap was driving recklessly, speeding, weaving in an out of traffic, and not using their indicator. I take issue with companies that allow their staff to endanger other drivers.
