They are timely in getting work scheduled, the work is high quality, their prices are competitive, and the owner and employees are great - it's nice to see the same faces every time they've come (take care of the employees and they take care of the customer). They were recommended by a neighbor and I gladly pass along the same emphatic recommendation. Thanks to everyone at America's Southern Plains Roofing for the great work!

Southern Plains Roofing put on my new roof in September. Ken owns the company and was a great communicator, throughout the job. The workers were conscientious and cleaned up all the debris. There are a lot of choices for roofing companies and I will use Southern Plains if I need another roof. Great work, fair price and one happy customer.

What a great experience! Ken Sutter is professional, knowledgeable, friendly and funny. He helped me deal with my insurance company and made the whole process easy and painless. His crew was on time, and they did a great job putting on my new roof and cleaning up the job site. They did a new roof for her and also took care of some interior repairs that were needed due to her previous leaky roof. I was referred to Southern Plains Roofing and they came out very quickly. Ken was great. He kept me in the loop at all times to let me know when and how things were progressing. The biggest perk in this was his ability to negotiate with my insurance company to get the maximum benefit from my insurance. I am sure I would not have been able to get what he did. He even came back two days later and went around the house making sure everything was picked up and cleared. Ken was very patient while working with us and the insurance company. His crew is super fast, clean, polite and awesome. Ken is such a neat guy that we almost want to start inviting him and "the Mrs" over for dinner.And if you love college football, he's a treasure trove of info. Just tell him you're a diehard Wolverine :DSeriously though, Southern Plains Roofing was referred to us, and we will continue to refer SPR out to everyone we can.

Southern Plains Roofing did a good job on my new roof and gutters for a fair price. I would have given them 5 stars, but there were times I asked questions via email and no one got back to me. Besides that, they were awesome because they dropped by and gave me an immediate written estimate. No one else did that. Most roofing companies wanted to meet several times and give me a spiel. Also, they didn't require me to be at home for the estimate or the job itself. They did a good job on the roof and on clean-up. Update: Giving them 5 stars, instead of 4. Looking back, doesn't seem right to take away a star for someone not getting back to me. They were always pleasant in communication, did a good job on the roof, and it still looks good.

Roofing is like cooking scrambled eggs. The guys like Ken just keystone a seasoned crew. Ken's all smiles, handshakes, and probably too vocal about his politics. But if you have any issues, then not so much on the smiles and handshakes. Just curious if any one posting here actually ever saw Ken get on the roof.

We have used Southern Plains Roofing on two different homes now. They do a wonderful job. Always are on time, and clean up after is superb. They suggested a decorative ridge line and it looks fabulous! I can't say enough about Southern Plains. They give honest bids and do what they say they are going to do, on time, and great service.

Used Ken for the second time and has a lot of the same guys from the old roof job (about 3 years ago on our old house) and also he helped me coordinate to get screens, gutters, and other hail damage taken care of. Anytime I had a question or issue he made sure it was taken care of. Stand up guy and stand up company!

Incredibly helpful, personable, and not pushy. I received a beautiful new roof and the clean up was perfect. I barely had to lift a finger when it came to dealing with insurance. If you have hail damage I couldn’t recommend a better roofing company.

The company has provided very poor customer service since the installation of the roof.1. The contract stated that new screens would be installed; however, the new screens still have not been installed.2. Services were overpaid; however, the company has not refunded the over payment.3. Deena informed us the company was in the process of moving into a new address. We have emailed multiple times to resolve these issues, but have not heard back since.
