I had hailstorm damage in May 2023. Nick came out the next day to look at my house. I contacted the insurance company and Nick came out to meet with the insurance company rep. to make sure they saw everything. Nick coordinated and oversaw the following:1) Roof replacement (upgrade from class 2 to class 4 shingles)2) Repainting the exterior3) New gutters4) Repair and Stain Fence5) Window and Window screen Replacements6) Stain and Seal front door7) Stain garage doorsIt was a big job...approximately $40,000 total.Nick also coordinated a few additional items (solar screens, cleaning exterior windows, recaulking windows) the insurance company did not cover; however, I wanted these things all done too.Nick was on the job site every day to make sure things were being done as I requested. The paint and fence repair company owner, Miguel, at Authentic Painting, that Nick used, was really good. Gary put on our first roof many years ago, and we were very happy with his approach to getting the job done in a very timely manner. Workmanship was great, and Gary is a nice guy and very personable, and he stayed on the job to make sure things went smoothly. My husband and I are now getting our second roof replacement, and we have hired Faucett again to do it b/c we trust them. Nick, his son, is a pleasure to work with as well.9/24/19 Faucett just finished putting on our roof, and my husband and I are very happy with the work. Attention to detail and a very thorough job! Faucett roofing is a outstanding local company that put a roof on mine and my son's house. Gary is the owner has a very down to earth non pushy approach and was a pleasure working with. I have allot of friends that have used him as well and they had similar experiences. He has been in the roofing business for along time and is local which is important for me due to having some friends that had warranty issues on roofs that they couldn't get help on due to the companies being out of business. His crew is respectful and does great work.

Gary was excellent. He let me know every step of the way what he was doing. He also let me know his professional opinion on additional work but let me know “I don’t like it when trades add additional things on, I just wanted you to know what I am seeing so you can decide for yourself.” This made all the difference. Gary did some cosmetic work and replaced a few boards on our house. He did a fantastic job and the curb appeal of our house went way up. I thanked Gary for his attention to detail and thoroughness.
