JL Contractors is a very professional and responsive organization. Jef & Cathy provided invaluable and timely support helping navigate through the insurance process. Jef was on scene when the insurance adjuster arrived and he made sure the adjuster saw the roof damage which resulted in a quick agreement to replace the roof. Hands down the best roofing experience I have ever had. JL Contractors did and outstanding job in every step of the process. They helped us work with our insurance company and bent over backwards to ensure we were getting everything we were entitled. During the days we were having work done, I was most impressed with the professionalism and thoroughness of each job, right down to ensuring there wasn’t a single nail left behind. They were extremely flexible with our schedule which was especially difficult given my wife and I work crazy hours that change week to week. Moved to Dallas about 4 years so I dont really know many people but the clients I service and they are like family to me during a service I was talking with a client about how my roof needed some repairs and they client recommend JL Contractors DFW so I gave them a call and they where on it like white on rice. Their customer service was top of the line I mean right to business with what I wanted done there was not a lot of back and fort because they explained in great detail the things I needed to do and why I needed to do them and how taking care of things now would save me in the long run ..their response time with a quote was no less 24 hrs and no more the 48 hours. they quoted me a price that I had to jump on. The contractors were very respectful, quick but precise. And thanks to JL contractors DFW im so glad to have a new secure roof over my head. First of all let me just say this company is absolutely amazing. I dreaded finding a reputable contractor to replace our old roof. Kyle and Kathy were amazing and made the entire process a breeze! Our roof was severely damaged and caused me a lot of stress as a single mom. They made the process stress free and even handled my insurance company. I never recommend anyone and I highly recommend them! Give them a call and I promise you will not be disappointed!!! We ended up replacing roof, downspouts, garage doors, patio covers, screens and most of inside was painted. Everything was top notch.
