We've used Miller Fence and Patio for both a fence and a gorgeous patio structure. The entire build process was explained throughly so we knew exactly what to expect. Any questions we had during the process were answered promptly and clearly. Daniel was even helpful in suggesting plants to add around our structure due to our new backyard configuration. The crews were fantastic and clean up when complete was perfect. Everything about our experience was top notch. We will use Miller Fence and Patio again for any future needs.

Beware of this builder. They will not warranty their work nor respond to repeated requests for help for the past year. I’ve filed RCLA claim in Texas and still no response. Below is a picture of water runoff due to incorrectly done drainage which has caused excessive erosion damage. Daniel and team refuse to correct numerous issues for over 9 months. Just do what’s right Daniel

The 3 men who actually installed my fence were polite, respectful and did an amazing job. The job was 2 days late starting, no big deal but the weong pickets were delivered, causing a bit of a delay, not really their fault . I had to call to get any information as to when they were going to start. Todd the supervisor was rude, disrespectful and sometimes argumentative. A sign wasnailed to my fence really don't want it. Great job, but Todd Madison not good to work with.

I have never written a negative review before but I feel compelled to for this company. We hired them to expand our patio for us. The stone from our fire pit immediately began to run off and cause massive staining on our stamped concrete. When I first brought it to Daniel Miller's attention he said the dust from the stone should go away after a couple of weeks. Well months later, after countless attempts to scrub and clean, the concrete is still stained. We asked Daniel what we can do to fix it and his exact response was "Its a natural stone and sometimes they do that. Nothing can be done about it." When we told him that it was unacceptable to have it look like this and it should be restained if the stains cannot be removed, he told us that it was our fault for choosing these colors and therefore he will no longer respond to our concerns. A LOT of money was spent on this patio, we expected better than this.

Miler Fence and Patio did an AMAZING job on a patio extension and pergola. Daniel came by, provided a quote, got permits and executed the job in very short time and with amazing quality.I can say this was not your standard pergola due to the height of the existing ceiling, but he matched the height with no problems and delivered an amazing outdoor space altogether!I don't typically post reviews, but his responsiveness, quality of work and going above and beyond what he was supposed to do to deliver, definitely merits me writing this review! Job well done, and thanks to all the crew!

I had them build my patio and install new fence of which I was happy until I turned on my sprinklers this summer and saw water gushing out next to one of the fence post, but Miller fence and patio won’t take responsibility for the damage done by their fence contractors. Upon digging up the area I found one side of the sprinkler head wedged into the concrete that was poured for the fence post and sprinkler head was removed from the water line. Shame on you Miller fence and patio for not taking responsibility for the damage done by your contractors.Service: Wood fence installation

Warranty void if...I am not a customer, so I can't speak to the quality of work. But I got a quote from Miller Fence and Patio which included a contract saying that if I didn't have *them* stain the fence every four years, or if I removed their "Miller Fence" sign, it would void the warranty. I told them that the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act made it clear that the stain requirement (and possibly the sign requirement) was illegal, but I'd be happy to work with them if they'd strike those bits from the contract. Instead, they withdrew their bid.I would be extremely cautious of any company that had similar terms--especially one that would rather lose a job than change an obviously illegal contract.

Daniel does not stand behind his work. He will tell you that he does until there is an issue and then he will ghost you. His concrete guys do poor work and then Daniel disappears with your money. Don't be fooled like we were.
