I began my search for a competent, well qualified roofer by setting up interviews with four (different) local companies. Tom Longville of New View Roofing was my fourth interview, and he clearly stood out well above the previous roofing interviews. His presentation was well organized, highly informative, and focused on the quality of his products and methods of installation—with none of the glad-handing and fast sales techniques of the previous interviews. I was so impressed. This close attention to detail and customer service prevailed throughout the roof, fence, chimneys, windows, and gutter repair and installation. By working though his own adjusters to communicate directly with my insurance company, he was able to deliver repairs well beyond those estimated by the other roofing companies that I interviewed. All of the work was excellent. I am grateful to have found and contracted with Tom Longville. He will always be my choice of roofer, if the need arises. Tom and his crew were fantastic! We just completed a home reno when a weekend of storms came through. We noticed a rook leak that ruined our new drywall. I came across New View roofing and reached out hoping to get an appt quickly. Tom came out immediately, on a Sunday, to inspect the damage. Our roof needed to be replaced! Tom and his crew made the process with insurance seamless....the repairs were done quickly and we were able to enjoy our newly renovated home again. I highly recommend New View!!

Tom Longville did an awesome job on my roof last year. My property sustained damage from a hail storm, and Tom replaced and upgraded my roof, the gutters, and even repaired my fencing. My home and roof was fixed by New View roofing contractor. They did an exceptionally excellent work on my roof and took care of all the roof leaks to my interior. They reengineered the slope and areas which would trap standing water and debris for a better flow. Unlike other roofing companies I have dealt with New View Roofing Co. took care of my needs and concern to get the job done correctly. Other roofing companies would just come and knock it out quick, New View paid attention to details and got it done right exactly how it supposed to be done. I was very impressed with New View Roofing's work. I'm a real estate agent and the have come in quickly during the option period to provide quotes for my clients. In addition to that I used them on a leak I had in my own home. They gave a very reasonable quote and were done quickly. The roofer who did the repair realized that the problem was the gutter and fixed that as well as the roof so I won't have long term issues. Easy to work with and I'd used them again.

There are not enough words to describe my positive experience working with Tom Longville at New View. We contracted with him for a home roof repair and he was professional, responsive (very), detailed, and polite from the start. Very easy to talk to and I felt that he was transparent throughout the process. It is hard to find a good contractor these days that will just simply "do what they say they will do". He pointed out what needed to be done and explained how repairs would be different than on a gable or hip roof.
