Springtree came in and did restoration following a flood in our house. Other companies said it would be 6 months -Springtree was 4 weeks; and that was only because the flooring we wanted matched had to be ordered. They did an excellent job! The crew was wonderful! They did great work, they were careful with our belongings, cleaned up behind themselves (better than I would have). I would recommend them without reservation! 2021 - Roy and his team put on a new roof and gutters for us. Roy was a pleasure to work with and the quality was top notch. I would absolutely recommend Springtree to a friend.February 16, 2024 - update. While putting new duding on my home, I contacted Springtree to come remove the gutters and reinstall post project. Mike was quick, professional and most importantly affordable. I even got the team to install some gutter guards before they reinstalled. Definitely satisfied with their service once more.

Springtree Restoration recently replaced our roof, installed new gutters, and painted the exterior of our home. Our Restoration Consultant, Marty, was very helpful from being on-site when our insurance rep was here to inspect the roof to being available for any phone call, text, or request to come back out to the property to address any questions or concerns I had. He was super-responsive and put me at ease about the entire project. We'd never had anything done on our home or ever made an insurance claim. AJ in finance kept me advised of the costs and made adjustments when we wanted to add items we discovered were needed during the project. Nate in production scheduled the work and from the time they started, they were here every day - weather permitting - until the job was complete. Everyone including Bryan, the lead guy on-site, to Jaime the Quality Assurance inspector, to Tyler who intermittently stopped by to take pictures of all the work being done, and Juan the lead on the gutter installation were all super-responsive, patient, and attentive to all my questions and wanted to ensure that I was happy with the job as it was being done and when it was completed. We could not have had a better experience! We will be using Springtree Restoration for any future home improvement projects. We won't even consider using anyone else. Update: after being blown away by the quality of service and work we received from Jase and all of the Springtree folks in 2022 for roof replacement and exterior restoration after a storm, we recently contracted with them for a master bath remodel. It is a stunning transformation! They are fantastic to work with no matter how small or large your project needs are. Mike worked closely with us to get us back into our house after a broken water line flooded our home overnight. We were back in six weeks to the day from the flooding. Everything looks perfect. I'm very glad I found and chose Springtree to re-roof my house after hail damage.I dreaded finding a contractor to do this work and I never trust any of the companies that come knocking on my door after every storm. Springtree is a local company with their office right here in Allen.Roy, Steven and Jaime were the people I interacted with and they are all awesome! All were professional, courteous and honest. If you need a new roof, gutters, or other restoration to your home, this company is ideal. They installed our new roof and gutters. Our project manager, Roy, has a strong work ethic and was very attentive to our concerns and needs. The entire staff was professional, and they did fantastic work. The crew maintained a clean work area in what can be a messy process. All the people on the crew were courteous and were confident in the work they were doing. Honestly, they are incredible! Got the privilege of working with Jase during our roof repairs. There was a bit of miscommunication but they were quick to jump on a call and address any questions we had. We are a student housing property and we had not one complaint from our residents. In my humble opinion when considering a Roofing/Remodeling company, the most important things are honestly, reliability, and fair pricing. Springtree hits all of those points. AJ and his team were great to work with during our hail damage claim. The first appraisal claim/check and report was missing a lot of items. AJ worked with the second adjuster to make sure everything was paid for. I would not have know to do that and I don't think some of the "fly by night" roofing companies would have looked at everything so closely.The new roof looks great. Clean up and communication was great. I highly recommend this LOCAL company.

I had a great experience working with Jon Dunn in replacing my roof, gutters, garage doors, and arranging for some repainting of exterior damage from hail. He was patient, thoughtful, and helpful in making the process as pain-free as possible. I feel Springtree used very high quality materials in all aspects of my job. The only minor complaint I would have is there was quite a bit of debris left behind and I found quite a few nails around my property after the job was completed and even after the QC - Jamie came through. But, not enough to prevent me from leaving this 5 star review. I do recommend Springtree and Jon Dunn for your roofing and remodeling needs.

Springtree Roofing and Restoration did a fantastic job replacing our roof and gutters after the April 2016 Hail Storms.Mark was our salesman and was really patient in explaining the whole insurance process which was difficult to understand. He brought samples of the roof and gutter colors and took a lot of time helping us pick the right colors for our home.We highly recommend Springtree Roofing and would use them again!

I had an awesome experience with Springtree Restoration. After the big hailstorm in Allen, I was worried if the roof,gutters etc could be restored back to its original condition. Jason was very professional he guaranteed that it will be better than what it was. Jason was present when the insurance adjuster came by and pointed out few things that was missed. The crew that worked on the roof was outstanding, they paid attention to detail, they replaced boards that showed signs of wear and tear and put top tier shingles. The crew cleaned up really well - no nails left behind. Jason was right, the roof looked better than it was. I’ll always recommend Springtree Restoration for all your restoring needs.

Roy R., Project Manager, was polite and very responsive to our needs. When we had questions, he was always prompt in returning our calls. He also was very knowledgeable. Springtree Restoration did an excellent job at replacing my roof! We were hit by the hail storm in April 2019 and I could not believe the amount of hail on the ground. The roof was hit extremely hard. Once my insurance company verified the need for a new roof, Roy and his crew started the replacement. In 1 day, they completed the job. After it was installed, they checked for any loose nails and cleaned up everything. I hope we will never get hit by hail again, but if we do, I will call Springtree.

Our situation was unique when we discovered we needed a new roof from a storm that happened during the contract phase of our house. Having gone through Hailmaggeddon in Wylie 2 years earlier and not happy with the process and roofers trying to scam you, I was skeptical.My first phone call with Jon from Springtree was reassuring, he answered my questions, made himself available and was different from other roofing companies I had dealt with in the past.He always kept me up to date on status, any concerns, delays and was very present for the duration of the job which included roof, gutters, fence, windows and more.His crew was thorough, protecting our furniture, interior and cleaning debris.This was the first time in a long time a contractor not only met my expectations but exceeded them. Springtree Roofing & Restoration recently replaced the roof on my home and did painting and other work as well. AJ Huckaby was the salesman. I found him to be very knowledgeable, honest, patient, and answered the many questions I had. My home had defective shingles from a roof installed 5 years ago. This is a different process from an insurance claim. AJ was patient and worked with me while dealing with the claim from the roofing manufacturer. Shane Britain was the project manager on the work done at my home. He was very respectful and knowledgeable. Shane kept me informed of the work schedule and any changes that needed to be made. He made sure the yard was kept clean and free of any nails. He also made sure I was pleased with all work done on my home and that it met their quality standards. My new roof looks amazing!Springtree also installed new gutters and painted the entire outside of the house. Springtree's Roberto did a wonderful job painting some crown molding and the ceiling inside the house. He was very careful not to bump anything while bringing ladders and tools inside the house. I was very pleased with the quality of his paint job. Honesty and IntegrityAs someone who seldom takes the time to write a review I just had to share the great experience I recently had with Roy Rickard from Springtree Roofing and Restoration.We are nearing the completion of an extensive renovation of our home and I noticed water coming in under our back door again during the heavy rains last week. This had been a chronic problem that I thought had been eliminated after having back door and threshold replaced. Discovering a wet floor mat periodically in front of the back door been a nuisance when our kitchen floor was tile but now that our new wood floor has been installed this would ruin it!I turned to Springtree for help last week when I discovered we STILL had a problem. I realized the water seeping inside was actually from our roof line and the misalignment of our gutters so I needed to get help quickly. I read the positive reviews for Springtree so I contacted them for an estimate.I was very impressed with Roy Rickard. He displays that great combination of having the knowledge about all the aspects of the work involved to solve my problem but also having the ability to communicate this information to me PLUS making sure I was clear about all the details. He even took pictures to show me exactly where me the problem area were located (knowing I would NEVER climb up there to see for myself!) along with explanations on how those areas are contributing to my problem. He explained all that would be involved in the work I needed along with the cost and the estimated timing. It all seemed quite reasonable.However, because of his honestly and integrity he made it a point reveal that all of his areas of concern really should have been addressed 5 years earlier when our roof was last replaced. Trying to follow-up with our previous roofers could be another avenue to handle my situation and potentially save me the cost of repairs as well. In addition, there were even several things he brought to my attention that although not affecting my current issue he pointed out how they are not quite up to the standards and the quality of work that he oversees with Springtree. Roy really impressed me because I know he is willing to do the work (and obviously earn money for the job) but even more important is how he shows the integrity and honesty to inform me about other options.I will not hesitate to call Roy again when we start our next project and look forward to the opportunity to work with his and his team at Springtree Roofing and Renovation.If you get all the way to the end of my rambling review then just stop spending anymore time trying to find a reputable company. You've stumbled on that rare business that's not looking to take advantage unsuspecting homeowners. There is no cost to have Springtree come out and give you a quote so you can see for yourself.

They have done tile in the shower, siding on our chimney, luxury vinyl flooring in our home and taken care of us after an flood from our water heater.
