I noticed I had a leak with the recent rains and gave them a call. My insurance agent had previously given me their information. Marco was able to come out the same day and do a thorough inspection to identify the source of the leak. The quote was very reasonable and I was on the schedule for the very next day for the repairs. I am very grateful since we have more rain in the forecast this week. I would definitely recommend giving them a call if you have any roofing issues. Super professional and great to work with!

Str8Forward Roofing and their team members are great in communicating and explaining the process to clients when it comes time to possibly file a claim under their homeowners insurance. They use similar tools that insurance claim adjusters use to determine if it'll be worth filing a claim or not, Marco is very honest when the estimate is handed over to the client. I personally work for an insurance company and will continue to refer over my customers as they have nothing but great feedback when Marco has gone out to help them.

I can't recommend this company high enough. My six year old roof had a leak. I called and they came out. They inspected the ceiling, went in the attic and climbed on my two story roof. They took plenty of photos showing the substandard on my roof and a few hail dings.. A row of nails should not be sticking up like a rusted mushroom farm. They also explained why three tab shingles aren't necessary the best for North Texas. Oh, the previous roofers even left a crowbar up there! They patched the leak with a silicon compound. Yes, it is a temporary fix.I need a roof and will certainly replace it in the future. These folks are at the top of my very short list of roofers.Call these roofers. They WILL do you right.

We have used Froy and Str8Forward Roofing now twice in two years. Unfortunately, where we live has suffered hail damage several times in that amount of time which required roof replacement. Honestly, even though home damage is not something we would wish for, Froy has made it a wonderful experience.From the moment we were first introduced to Froy by our insurance agents we have been fans of his, and his work. Both times he has gone over and above to make our home better than it was before the storm. He always responds to messages, answers calls (before the first ring somehow), and accommodates our every need with no objection.My wife and I have felt comfortable with him every step of the way. We have been introduced to his business partners (a.k.a his family) and have loved them all. They all are deeply invested in their craft, and care about the quality of their work. We had a roof leak from a failing skylight and once I contacted STR8FORWARD they responded quickly to assess the leak and provided with a timely estimate. They even temporary repaired the leak while we awaited for the new skylight to come in. Expectations was in the arena of 5-6 weeks but the replacement skylight came in early, we were notified and scheduled for installation within days of the notification. The entire process was seamless and we were in constant communication with what was happening. This was a great experience and I would happily use STR8FORWARD roofing again.
