I found XYZ through Instagram and then went through google reviews. The first meeting was with Miguel and Mark. They inspected the roof and went over options. I appreciate their level of knowledge and how well they explained everything. They dealt with insurance and submitted all documents on time to get the recoverable depreciation which I didn’t know I could get until they explained how it worked since I had filed a claim last year. The job has been completed. I communicated with Mark for the most part. He has been very helpful and professional. What gives me peace of mind is the warranty we have not only with the roofing manufacturer but with XYZ. Thank you Mark & XYZ!

My original post from last week listed several issues I had regarding the quality of work with XYZ Roofing. After posting this 1 star rating I received a call from Miguel, owner of XYZ Roofing. He wanted to know the specifics regarding my complaints. He acknowledged that all the issues had been noted in our file, then he asked to meet me at my home so these issues could be resolved. We met the following morning along with one of his tech guys. He repaired the garage issue as we spoke and offered to repair all the additional problems at his cost! Customer Service above and beyond customer satisfaction. This is an owner who truly cares about customer satisfaction. I withdraw my low rating and will recommend XYZ Roofing to anyone needing roof repair and beyond.

We needed a new roof on the home we just purchased. After looking at several companies in the RGV area we decided to go with XYZ as they are a Owens Corning Roofing Platinum Preferred Contractor. Wow! A Top Notch team showed up and after day one of removing the old roof, I went outside and they had cleaned up our yard so well I could not tell they had been there! Brent addressed any of our questions and always called us back quickly. Communication is very important to us and the staff did not disappoint! They worked with our schedule and made this a great experience. We now have a beautiful new roof!

The experience and ease that was to work with XYZ can only be described as amazing! The process was an absolute breeze, and the way they carry their business is second to none, I can't thank them enough for making me and my family feel comfortable from beginning to end. I met with Mark to examine my roof and to check for possible damage. Mark was very professional and punctual and explained everything to me about my roof and about how much estimated roof life I had left and answered all my questions. I was very impressed with XYZ roofing. The company has almost perfect reviews and is a member of the better business bureau. I will be highly considering them in the future when I replace my roof. XYZ Roofing did what they said they would do but nothing I had asked them to do. They were weeks late in beginning. They insisted that the black color shingle I selected was Not available but there was plenty stock of a green color was and after threatening to use another roofer, they “found” they shingle color we wanted. I asked that the add 2” to the front roof of the house to keep the rain off the front porch, it was not done. I asked that they remove a skylight and cover it over, it was not done. They removed a large vent window from my garage and was not reinstalled. I do not know where the vent is and I asked them to return to fix it, they did not. A year after the roof was replaced, I am still finding roofing nails around the home. We had to dash XYZ Roofing months for the final report and photos from submit to our insurance company. The only reason I give XYZ Roofing 2 stars is the job they did do was good, but I will never use them again or recommend they to anyone. Buyer Beware

Had multiple roof leaks that had been ongoing for years. Had several repairs made, but, never quite got the job done. Checked out google reviews for roofing repair in the area, XYZ had high ratings so I gave them a call. Had a tech come out and within two weeks had them working on replacing the damage. Great bunch of guys, hard working, even in the 110 degree heat!!! I couldnt be happier with the work done. Just got a downpour within the last hour, moment of truth, No leaks!!!!! Awesome job Tony!! We had to have our roof repaired after the storm. I know that are many companies out there. I literally googled best roofing company near me and several came up including XYZ. So happy that they were the first to answer my call and had availability. From beginning to end, XYZ has proven to be the epitome of professionalism. We had taken a chance with XYZ roofing and restoration s free estimates and have had no regrets was the best decision we made concerning our roof. Brent McBain did an inspection of the roof and explained what needed to be done , we were shown photos of areas that had to be immediately fixed and sections that we could take care of in stages. We were very happy with Brent and his services that we decided to have extra work done which included repairs to the soffit and painting. I feel I received platinum service from the only Platinum Contractor in our area. Juan Flores and his team made replacing my roof an absolutely painless experience from start to finish. He took the time to thoroughly inspect and document the damage to my roof initially and then once again when my Insurance Adjuster came to inspect.I was incredibly grateful when Juan took the time to ensure his team had covered my windows, plants, and landscape lighting to protect them from falling shingles during the process. The team even took the time to clean up every last piece of fallen shingles and nails from my yard as well as the bit of debris that made its way into my neighbors yard.I love my new roof and would highly recommend this company to anyone who wants quality work, quality materials, and platinum service.

We could not be more pleased with the quality and professionalism of XYZ Restorations, and roof inspector Brent McBain. I had a different company that was recommended by a family member come out and oversee the insurance adjuster's appraisal, but then I began to have questions that were not being answered clearly. I switched after speaking to Brent about their companies' reputation and experience in the area. He assured me that he would walk me through the entire process and ensure a quality job from start to finish and he delivered! Even when my solar company managed to damage my brand new roof, Brent saw that everything was satisfactorily repaired and heled make sure the solar company paid. My mother went with the other company and six months later we are still fighting to get everything fixed or get our money back for unfinished work. Thank you Brent and XYZ Restorations!

To start with, it isn't often I rate a business but in this case, I was very happy with not only the quick response to a request for a patio replacement estimate, but to the quality and timely completion of the work. From Brent taking the data, cost estimation and keeping me informed about everything, Brent & Arnold formulating a plan & ensuring work being done efficiently. In addition, the carpentry team (Juan) and the roofing team (Manuel) worked fast and smooth.To be honest, I contacted other companies for estimates, but their services, costs, plans and attitude were less than attractiive.XYZ was a pleasant surprise and would recommend them to anyone ( would even let them see my patio roof replacement as proof). Just had my roof replaced last week with XYZ roofing. Within 24 hours of my request they were out doing an estimate. Brent McBain was professional and spent his time explaining his findings, recommendations and the products to choose from. I received his quote literally within hours. I did shop around for other quotes but did not receive the prompt customer service and in depth explanation like I did with XYZ and Brent. The quote from XYZ was also a better value than several other companies. The crew was punctual and very courteous to our family and dogs always ensuring we had a clear path with no debris that could injure any of us when we needed to walk our dogs. I received exceptional customer service from the beginning of the quote until the end of the job and was constantly kept updated. I definitely recommend XYZ for your roofing needs!
