Highly recommend! Juan, Jose, Andy & crew made our vision come to life! They built an addition to our house that included a bedroom, sunroom, & deck. They listened to what we wanted, made sure that every concern was addressed, and that every last detail was completed. They did a great job making sure the addition matched the existing house and there is a great flow through the space. They were professional and excellent about communicating everything to us. Working with Jose, Juan, Andy and team has been a pleasure. We had a huge undertaking of a complete update on an older home here in Alpine. They did a beautiful job and restored our home inside and out including interior stucco and fixing old plaster. The best part is the bathrooms and kitchen have been modernized; we love them. We interviewed a number of general contractors and contractors, got stood up by several, never able to connect at all with some after first discussion and spent some unnecessary $'s on one that was a complete disaster. So, our recommendation is to start with UConstruction first.

We bought a lot in Alpine last year and when we went to look for a contractor, U-Construction stood out for many reasons. They are a three generation company, talking to their workers on a job site it was such a good impression of how the company is run and they are local with a shop in Alpine. Even though it was an unpredictable time with current supply chain challenges and changing cost of materials, the estimate was what we paid with no surprises. Just as important, the timeline of the build from leveling the land to handing over the keys was completed as anticipated without delays. My husband and I hired UConstruction to do some repairs to a home we had just purchased. The biggest job involved repairing stucco and rotted wood and painting the exterior, but there were numerous smaller items that they tackled for us: tile repair, closet remodel, installing lights, installing gas logs, replacing screens on doors, and numerous other items. I would highly recommend them! Communication was excellent, and they always responded timely. I thought their price was very fair. They are honest and I felt I could completely trust the people they had in our home. Andy, Juan and Junior were all very helpful in working out solutions to issues that came up during the process. Our relationship with Uconstruction began with their completing interior painting throughout our house.They also completed some major remodeling at a couple of other facilities.Most recently, they changed the area in front of our house and installed some rock walls and laid tile.We will continue using Uconstruction for other projects. Spent 20 minutes looking around and talking to each other in a language I did not understand rather than speaking to me. Then when I was spoken to, I was informed an estimate of $3000.00 to repair grout on my kitchen tile. I could do it myself for $20.00. It is a shame that so many companies take advantage of people.
