Absolutely wonderful experience! Traded my 2021 Dodge Challenger 😭 for a Jeep Grand Cherokee L. I didn’t really want to trade my car in but, I needed something big enough to carry my grand kids in. They made my experience very comfortable. I will definitely go back!

I have a friend. She purchased her vehicle from Pearman. The car started having issues slipping out of gear 3 months ago. It’s been at Pearman Motors for over 2 months now and it’s still not fixed. They said it was the transmission, had it for 2 weeks. She got it back. Still not fixed. Now the vehicle is back there. They said it might be the computer. It’s still not fixed. Now they say it’s either the computer or transmission. They’ve advised her to purchase a new vehicle. Still she’s waiting for them to fix it. She’s a single mother who works. I’m not understanding how a dealership can take over 2 months to fix a vehicle. Excuses excuses.

I’m giving 2 stars due to their service department. They were always friendly but not efficient. I’ve spent close to $5,000 in repairs over the last year and half. I just got car back from a repair and is now overheating. I took to a respected mechanic and is going to take a smell fortune to fix. I was told with as many times as Pearman has had my car lately they should’ve found this problem due to it’s not a new issue. Has been this way a while. Will not do business with them again and wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.

For the first time in over 20 years I was charged a diagnostic fee. If I was charged one before it must have been on the actual service charge. No problem with the dealership just the service department.

Don't expect them to do the right thing when money is involved. I bought a 2014 Ram 3500 that they had just put a new engine and radiator in which I did not know about at the time of purchase. They had also performed some repairs on the A/C system. Within 700 miles, the truck has an oil leak, coolant leak, and a A/C problem. They refuse to acknowledge the coolant leak which has been diagnosed by another reputable shop and expect me to pay $3300 to have the A/C and oil leak fixed.

Amazing and attentive dealership!!! My car broke down hours away from my home, and they repaired all of my car damages while keeping me in the loop about the car and prices. All the while, they drove me 30 miles away to a rental car shop when I was stranded. All of the employees are outstanding and it is a great dealership and team!!!

I have a personal attachment to this place because, as a three year old girl my father brought me to work with him. He worked here as a automotive diagnostics technician. I recall watching my dad as he helped move things on a trailer across the highway when Pearmans moved into this new building in 1996. It was also here,that dad first showed me how to operate a PC. Everyone is very friendly here and the automobiles are gorgeous! Especially the Ram Trucks and Jeep Gladiators.

Went in for squealing brakes and an annual safety inspection. Found out that the humidity was causing surface rust making the brakes squeal until the rust was worn off. All I was charged was for the inspection. I will definitely return for any future maintenance on our 2018 RAM 3500.

My brother and I where hog huntin at Davey Crocket NF. Something in the front end let go. We were 1100 miles from home and 12 miles deep in the woods. We made it to town found the Dodge dealership in Alto. (We had better luck finding a Dodge dealership then hogs) The right side half shaft gave up the ghost. After agreeing to have the work done the service manager gave me a ride back to camp. The next morning he came back to camp, picked me up. Truck was done and I was very happy.
