After not receiving call backs from a number of companies, Scott responded promptly and came over to help remedy a tree strike on our outdoor kitchen roof. Scott graciously did a quick walk of our house roof to make sure no issues there either. He was able to get his crew over to our house on the same day and get us taken care of. Capitol Roofing responded quickly and was on time. They met with the adjuster to assess the damage. They quote was reasonable and they had a good selection of roofing styles. On the day of installation they were prompt and thorough and did an excellent job of cleaning up after themselves. I haven’t found one scrap of roof or a mail left behind. Their gutter subcontractor also did an excellent job. I like the new replacement gutters better than the originals. We have used Capitol Roofing at our previous property and they far exceeded our expectations and worked extremely well with our insurance company to fix storm damage we had.Since we had such a great experience in our storm damage we used them for some eave damage we had at our new property. not only did they fix the issue had, they found that the previous owner just fix it aesthetically instead of the real issue. We have use Capitol Roofing twice for a full roof replacement and they have gone above and beyond each time. Scott is very prompt at returning calls and worked with us both times to make sure all the repairs were done in a timely manner. The quality of their work has been excellent! We recently had Nick agree to meet with our adjuster for a very early appointment and he went out of his way to make sure that he was on time for the appointment despite living a far distance from our house. He did a very thorough walk-through and made sure our questions were answered. We can't recommend this company enough and have loved working with them!
