Rosie and Margarito have been working on our commercial showroom space for a month now. There is still some more work to be done but they have been absolutely fantastic! Their attention to detail, professionalism, craftsmanship and knowledge are superb! I could not ask for a better experience! This is the second time I have worked with them. The first was my home where they did a fabulous job and had my home looking perfect in time for my cookbook release back in May.I have recommended them to several friends and family members who have hired them and they were very pleased with the service they got as well! We needed to repair damage done to our exterior trim and found lifeway construction. Rosie was very responsive and was incredibly easy to work with. We were able to get a quote and schedule the work within a couple of days. Margarito came out and was very professional and courteous. They did a great job repairing the trim and paint afterwards. After a thunderstorm, the power line, meter pole and connector hook came away from my house, creating a large hole in the siding on the house. After getting a few estimates for repairs on the siding, Lifeway came out and gave a very reasonable estimate to replace the siding and connector hook. When they did make the repair, they were very quick and precise. Once they finished, I could not tell that there had previously been damage to the siding on my home.

They replaced exterior boards with hardie board, replaced 2x4s behind installed hardie board that were replaced, fascia and excellent painting afterwards. Back in March of this year, Lifeway Construction replaced all of my siding. They used hardy board, and gave me a more modern look. They placed a water barrier board behind.I am extremely pleased with the look of the house and the workmanship. They upgraded several things I needed and added a few details. Rosie came out for our estimate and was great to work with. Margarito and Christian don't waste any time and do great work. Removed, replaced and painted the exterior trim that was falling off our house as well as replacing damaged panels under the eve. This was our 2nd time working with Lifeway Construction and they are always wonderful. We had interior painting done. They really care about the quality of their work and stayed until the paint was dry to make sure it was the correct color. Lifeway was a joy to work with, problem free, honest, fast, and did more than the contract required. They replaced rotted drywall in a garage, replaced door threshold, and replaced a soffit, all within the time promised. They even painted a section of a wall without charging and without even my asking simply because it looked so bad after years of neglect. The whole garage seemed cleaner than when they started. I hired leftway construction to remodel my bathroom and they did an absolute fantastic job. They were very professional and were very helpful in helping us decide some of the colors we wanted in our bathroom. Margarito was amazing doing the demo and the work we had to have done on our walls. Rosie was very helpful on helping me decide what color of paint to use and what color of tiles to use on the floor.
