I would highly recommend the team at SCS Building Envelope to any church, school, or business who has water leaking into their facilities when it rains. I am the Director of Facilities at Rush Creek Church in Arlington, TX. We have 7 properties spread across 5 cities and 3 counties totaling over 263,000 square feet in 13 different buildings and more leaks than I can count... lol.When I met these guys we were in the middle of a long drawn out battle with our insurance company over a hail damage claim. we had money set aside to do a much needed building remodel, but were going to have to use most of that money to replace the roof. With their Silicone Roof Coating solution were were able to to get a 20 year NDL warranty with out having the added expense, headache, and waste of tearing off the old modified bitumen roofing. They coated over our main campus building with over 100,000 sq ft and all of our parapet walls making one solid waterproof barrier.They took the time to help pinpoint the source of the leaks and give me a comprehensive detailed quote to fix the issues.
