He stays on top of the job to make sure all is done well and when they are finished everything is cleaned up around the house. He knows his trade. Pat gets the job done within 2 days. Patrick and his crew were amazing throughout the entire process, from the time of the inspection to completion was about a week for us which was unheard of and Patrick worked very closely with us and the adjuster to make this happen so flawlessly ,we had been denied in the past by the inspectors and Patrick was able to get our claim approved immediately from the damage that was up there. I highly recommend him and his team if you need a roof replacement or any construction work done!!!

Just had a new roof installed at our residence by Performance Roofing and Construction. We shopped 4 different companies looking for the best product and service. We even contacted a large roofing contractor that installed our previous roof 20 yrs ago. We contacted our insurance company looking for recommendations. Performance Roofing and Construction came highly recommended. Patrick and his large crew of men didn’t disappoint they went above and beyond what other companies offered and the price was better. They covered our pool, moved furniture, covered a/c and generator. They spent extra time on clean up at our house and neighbors to collect wind blown debris, they blew off driveway, porches, and returned furniture to its location. Patrick returned the next day to check for extra items to sweep with magnet roller. awesome experience, highly recommend them.

I had known Zack for a few years through a family friend and knew this company took care of most of the people I know for there roofing, siding, drywall, paint needs. I had a roof leak and some drywall ruined. They came out the same day I called and repaired my roof the following day and than replaced the ruined drywall and painted. Great work at a great price. I will continue to recommend this company to people I know.

They even dealt with the insurance company so we did not have too. Great experience with everyone I spoke to at Performance, Tori in the Alvin office was very kind and bubbly and got me an appointment same day with Pat, the owner, who came out to my home in Friendswood to take a look at my roof. Pat was very professional, thorough, answered all my questions, and wasn’t pushy. He was honest with me that my roof was still in good condition but gave me recommendations on proper maintenance to extend the life of my roof and what damage to watch for as I am a first time homeowner. I will absolutely be using Performance Roofing for any future needs!

One day I was working in my kitchen and looked out the back door and saw my puppy playing with something. I went to check and it was a shingle. Didn’t know exactly where it came from but suspected it came from my home. I called a friend for the name of a roofer who did her home and called them. It was Patrick with performance roofing and construction I caked them and they cane and checked my roof. Sure enough it had missing shingles apparently from wind damage. They gave me a quote and the insurance company did not want to pay to replace my roof, only to repair. Patrick was very knowledgeable with Allstate tactics and was able to get my roof fully replaced through the appraisal process. I love my new roof and I’m so glad Allstate was held accountable.

Did a great job replacing my roof and installing gutters. Pat came out and helped walk me through filing my insurance claim due to a recent hail storm. He also came out and met with the insurance adjuster. It was a smooth process. The roof turned out great. The crew did a great job cleaning up afterwards. I would highly recommend.

Excellent communication. Provided video shorts and text messages as the job progressed so we could see from out of town. The team was there at the crack of dawn and finished around 2pm. This roof needed boards replaced, new vents, new flashing around pergola and several other fixes/improvements. Would highly recommend. Outstanding job!!

Contacted Performance roofing to have a quote done for my roof, along with a few other companies on 4/16. Patrick immediately contacted me with a time of 4:30 that afternoon to come take a look at our home.We had one other company that said they would also be by that same day to give a quote who arrived at about 4 that evening and without even getting on my roof claimed my roof looked like it needed to be replaced and that they could have it done through my insurance as they know many of the adjusters in this area. While on the roof I noticed one of the men lifting up on my shingles which I thought nothing of as I have zero knowledge of roofs.THANKFULLY Patrick was about 15 minutes early and upon arrival while the other said company was on my roof, once they saw Patrick pull up they quickly got off my roof and headed toward their vehicle and left.Patrick then not only got on my roof to inspect to make sure the other company did not damage my roof, he informed me my roof not only would not qualify for any type of insurance claim he told me my roof had at least 5 years (not including a major weather event) left minimum and it looked very healthy.The short and long of it is, the other company was trying to it seems to either create damage for me to claim on insurance or give cause for me to have my roof replace unnecessarily and Patrick gave me the straight forward and honest professional opinion on what we should do moving forward which is going to save us thousands.Thank you again Patrick and Performance Roofing!

A BIG Thank You to Patrick Cadogan and Performance Roofing and Construction Team!When an unexpected storm hit us last Tuesday night, bringing with it 80-100 mph winds and relentless rain, we found ourselves in a dire situation with water leaking through our roof and around an upstairs window and down to the first floor. The leak soaked the insulation and sheetrock, creating a critical concern for my wife who has Lyme Disease and is severely allergic to mold.After consulting with four different contractors the next day, we were met with either overconfidence or a lack of genuine care—until Patrick Cadogan stepped in. Unlike the others, Patrick listened. He really listened. Not just to the story of the storm, but to the fears and concerns we had with mold and my wife's medical condition. Patrick quickly presented us with several options that carried no pressure, only the promise of a solution. His estimate was quick and fair, and it was clear he wasn’t just in the business of repair; he was in the business of care.Patrick’s a really cool guy and his approach was refreshingly sincere, and his promptness in delivering a bid on the spot, despite being the last of the 4 to assess the job who had yet to give us a price, made us feel extremely comfortable to proceed with his services immediately. Patrick was extremely helpful and prompt in getting this job done quickly. He is very friendly and people-oriented. He helped me with a computer challenge I had trying to write a review, kept my three children up-dated with videos, and had his crew clean up all the mess they made. He is to-notch. He even helped me find a plumber to repair a plumbing leak I had in the kitchen and master bathroom. I highly recommend him and will recommend him on the NEXTDOOR website. I would like to adopt him!
